Silveridge RV Resort, Mesa, Arizona

Date of Stay: May, 2018 - $17.00
Overall Rating:

The rate above is based on a monthly rate for 5 months.($2,523.40) We were there from Nov 1, 2017 thru March of 2018. This park used to be a really good park for value and what was offered. But for the upcoming season they have raised the rates really high 5 months will now be $3,700.00 plus tax and electric. The monthly rate is going to be close to a $1,000.00 if they accept the short term stay. They didn't start accepting the short term stay ie weekly or one month until after Jan 1. The site was big enough for the 5th wheel to park on the gravel portion. Then you park your tow vehicle on a concrete pad. Last season was really bad as far as cable tv and internet at the sites because of the company they hired to do the work was not great. They now are working with another company and hopefully it will get better. They do say free internet at each site but you must have or purchase a modem. In the last 2 yrs there have been 30 to 40 park models sold and pulled out of the park and no new ones are coming in. The owner seems to be really money greedy. The people that stay in the park are really nice and friendly We also noticed that some areas of the roads need to start having work done on them. We will not be returning for the 2018 to 2019 season. We camped at Silveridge RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Majestic Mobile Manor and RV Park, Puyallup, Washington

Date of Stay: April, 2018 - $55.00
Overall Rating:

This park is no way worth the price, we ended up paying $56.18 a night and that included the Good Sam discount plus tax. They do not have weekly rates. The sites are not very wide you are stacked in pretty tight. There needs to be more gravel in each site. There was notices being put out that people needed to pick up after their dogs and that was a fact. We had one more night to stay for our week but on that day a truck came in and starting spraying each site from front to back and side to side with roundup week killer and they didn't care if it got on your water hose or cables this is not a good practice that stuff can be dangerous we have a little dog and certainly didn't want him to get sick or us. When we complained to the office all they would say is well we have never had a problem before so no help there. It basically fell on deaf ears. We were so upset over this practice we up and left that day before they could spray our site. We lost one night of money but for safety reasons it was worth it. Never will we stay there again and do not recommend this park at all. This park is mostly full time residents which for the most park of very nice. We camped at Majestic Mobile Manor and RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Fidalgo Bay Resort, Anacortes, Washington

Date of Stay: May, 2016 - $63.00
Overall Rating:

Although Anacortes is a beautiful area, this park that is owned by the Sammish Tribe has gone down a little in the 6 years we have been coming here. WiFi is spotty and we were right next to an antenna. TV system needs upgraded--some local channels out for a month, others for days, others coming and going. Water coming out of the faucet you hook up to rusty in color. Was more sewer smell that in past years. They did a lot of weed spraying and with kids and dogs around was this a good idea? Rates keep raising and no improvement for the RVers. We paid $850.00 plus electricity for the month. Was there 3 months and left, never to return. We camped at Fidalgo Bay Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Phoenix RV Park, Salem, Oregon

Date of Stay: October, 2014 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

This park is a beautiful place to come and stay we usually stay for a week coming and going to AZ. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The place is extremely well taken care of. The people who stay here are friendly, too. Have seen some reviews that say the Safeway store can be noisy but it has never bothered us. Will continue to come back here. Believe that rate is correct but not totally sure. We camped at Phoenix RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Pioneer Trails RV Resort , Anacortes, Washington

Date of Stay: July, 2014 - $20.00
Overall Rating:

First let me say that this park could really be a great park. The owner and staff are friendly. But some things need attn. First, laundry room needs upgrading. Second, the roads are dusty and the Lignite that they spray on the roads in mid to late July helps but gets messy when it rains more permanent solution should be found. 5mph speed limit needs better enforcement. There are trees that need to be looked at dead limbs hanging and some trees look dead most of the way up. Last and this is not something they have control over but you need to be careful when getting out onto the main road can be challenging The rate is based on monthly stay we stayed three months but will not be going back. We camped at Pioneer Trails RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Seattle / Tacoma KOA, Kent, Washington

Date of Stay: May, 2014 - $65.00
Overall Rating:

This park needs to really be torn down and start all over. The so called deluxe sites are not what I would call great. They are not that easy to get into and some have depressions that fill with water and dirt. The interior roads have holes. The cable for television is lousy. Channels have hums in the audio so you can not watch them. At the time we stayed some the staff was right outside our rig doing work and using foul language. For the price this park should be perfect in all aspects. Contacted KOA head quarters and didn't really receive any satisfaction. We camped at Seattle / Tacoma KOA in a Fifth Wheel.
