Lake Medina RV Resort, Lakehills, Texas

Date of Stay: August, 2014 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

No cable at our site. Lots of trees, so no satellite. Local TV was mostly sales (QVC). Water pressure so low our electric toilet wouldn't operate properly. Our electric OK but others had problems. Gravel site very uneven. One wheel off the ground to level. Lake at 4% capacity and driving through a subdivision for 2-3 miles to reach the park was "interesting". Nice enough but probably won't be back. We camped at Lake Medina RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Tom Sawyer's Mississippi River Park, West Memphis, Arkansas

Date of Stay: August, 2010 - $33.00
Overall Rating:

Were worried when we went over the Mississippi River levee on a narrow little road but park was great. Clean and the view of the Mississippi 100' away was unbelievable! Parking area and roads were easily navigated in a 40' MH. We camped at Tom Sawyer's Mississippi River Park in a Motorhome.

David Crockett State Park, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee

Date of Stay: August, 2010 - $20.00
Overall Rating:

We were told at "sign-in" desk that it is "no problem" for a 40' MH and 50amp was available. There were NO 50 amp sites at all and sites were so far from level there was no way 40' could be leveled. The general condition of the park was "trashy". We obtained a refund and left! We camped at David Crockett State Park in a Motorhome.
