Desert Paradise RV Resort, Yuma, Arizona

Date of Stay: February, 2016 - $19.00
Overall Rating:

We bought their Quartziste Special" in the big tent and came for a few days, to see, and leave if unhappy. We're now in our 3rd week, because our experience has exceeded any and all expectations. The Manager and her staff are friendly, available, and very helpful. Though the sites are small, there are mature trees, concrete pads, and firm gravel; i.e. no dirt or mud.

Today, I make reservations to return next February for a month. What stronger recommendation could there be. This Park has a very friendly clientele who return year-after-year. With on-going friendships, they take active role in organizing events, trips, dinners, in and around the park. As first-timer, we were warmly welcomed within 10 minutes, invited for coffee, and included in many events. Best we've ever found in 9 years of RVing - and We'll Return!!

Note - this is Passport America rate which is usually Not honored during Jan - Mar. However this year, with 30% fewer Canadians coming due to currency, most RV Parks are offering specials like honoring Passport America. We camped at Desert Paradise RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

Outstanding Value! The best RV park we've found in almost 4 years, 20K miles, including twice cross country. Clean, neat, quiet, friendly, picturesque. Great Manager who combines best professional and personal touch! We choose Oak Creek to celebrate our 50th anniversary ended up staying a week. Spotless pool and spa, with shade in right place. Little touches of quality class everywhere you look. Is a Passport America site. We will return soon. Just hope too many others don't come at the same time!! Enjoy!!
