Rincon Country West RV Resort (55+ park), Tucson, Arizona

Date of Stay: January, 2006 - $34.00
Overall Rating:

We rented a park model for 3 weeks in January. This park is a 55+ park. Not sure about the rules for having kids staying in the park. Rates vary by season and daily rates vary from about $34 to $45 plus tax per day for a parking space. I believe they may run specials at times. Approximately 3/4 of the spaces are permanently setup park models. They have some park models for rent. RV sites are level with few exceptions and can accommodate the largest coaches and 5th wheels. There are 3 laundry buildings, 3 exercise rooms, meeting rooms, park post office, library, etc. etc. Tengointernet Wi-Fi is installed and not very good. Response time goes from bad to worse and reception is very spotty. Rates were $4.00 per day, $15.00 per week, and $30.00 per month. There is free plug-in high speed access at the laundry buildings. They have controlled gate access. When we were here in January the park was just about full of snow birds. Many activities are available, at least in the winter months. If you can't find some activity here that trips your trigger, then you must not be interested in very much. There are 2 hospitals near by and lots of shopping. There is a casino about 15 miles away on I-15 south of Tucson. We will be going back this coming winter. We camped at Rincon Country West RV Resort (55+ park) in a .
