Wagner Park, Barnesville, Minnesota

Date of Stay: July, 2019 - $31.00
Overall Rating:

Easy to get to from the Interstate, wide gravel roads, well maintained. Utilities worked as they should. No cable or WiFi but FHU. Parking on a nice grass area. This is a city park with no one around. An RV showed up with reservations and found another RV in their spot. Reservations on Reserve America. Bathrooms and showers were filthy and unlocked, open to anyone. We camped at Wagner Park in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

Check-in was fast and friendly with a free ice cream bar. Utilities worked as they should, WiFi work good. Site was level, interior roads were gravel and well maintained, escort to site. Restroom and showers were immaculate. Gravel road from the underpass to the park was very, very rough, 5 mph was as fast as you could go. Grasshoppers were everywhere, millions of them. FHU We camped at 7th Ranch RV Camp in a Motorhome.

USA RV Park, Gallup, New Mexico

Date of Stay: July, 2019 - $36.00
Overall Rating:

Restrooms were very clean. Easy in and out from the interstate, Check in was easy. Site was level pea gravel. Wifi is very, very weak. Park is right off the departure/approach for the Gallup airport. Lots of aircraft noise at all times. Park is crowded, not much room between units. Not many places to park extra vehicles. Pull thru's are subject to your neighbors parking habits. We camped at USA RV Park in a Motorhome.

A little tight and hilly but still doable if other campers do not park in the roadways. Gravel sites and roads. Not much room for slideouts in the pull-through we were in. Not sure we would stay here again, might try another place. We camped at Rancheros de Santa Fe Campground in a Motorhome.

Sioux Falls KOA, Sioux Falls, South Dakota

Date of Stay: August, 2014 - $52.00
Overall Rating:

Typical KOA. Clean, good utilities, escort to site, limited TV, limited Wi-Fi, and overpriced. Very noisy park. Right on the freeway and an exit used by trucks with engine brakes. Airport is also nearby. Nice dog run, however it is located in a drainage area and was very muddy and could not be used. No patio, sparse gravel, muddy. Would stay not here again. We camped at Sioux Falls KOA in a Motorhome.

Breeze Camping and RV Resort, Park Rapids, Minnesota

Date of Stay: August, 2014 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

About 10 miles north of Park Rapids. Nice road to park, easy entrance. Water, sewer and electric worked fine. Parked on grass right at entrance across from storage. Mostly seasonal campers and it appears they only have 2 spaces for transient RVs. Gravel/Dirt interior roads. Fire pit and picnic table. Nice swimming pool. We would stay here again, good value. We camped at Breeze Camping and RV Resort in a Motorhome.
