Outdoor Living RV Park, Russellville, Arkansas

Date of Stay: July, 2017 - $36.00
Overall Rating:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The sites were gravel but level. The whole place was very clean . There were a lot of semipermanent RVs in the park but all were neat. The site was narrow but long enough for us to stay hooked up and park car behind the trailer. Dog park and a large grassy space to walk dog between sites and the highway also. Very convenient to I-40. Pull through sites. Clean showers. Neat park. Very friendly staff. We camped at Outdoor Living RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

The Evergreen Inn Motel & RV Park, Pratt, Kansas

Date of Stay: July, 2017 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

We stayed one night on our way east. Level gravel lot behind motel. Large sites in the back row with plenty of room and pull through. 30 & 50 amp and sewer. Friendly staff. Large grassy field behind great for walking dogs. No shade or trees. We had intended to use their shower and not hook up water and sewer but the bathrooms and shower looked unclean when we checked so we had to hook to water and sewer. Restaurant next door which we did not try. Nice little town with several fast food/pizza places. Sit down restaureats closed in the late afternoon and evening while we where there. Not a destination but a level lot with hookups for the night. We camped at The Evergreen Inn Motel & RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

We stopped in July. The temperature was 103 so we drove around town and ate dinner. All the sit down restaurants we found were closed in the late afternoon and evening. There are several fast food places in town .

Tips for other Campers:

Not a lot in Marathon Texas.

The Gage Hotel has a restaurant. The food is O.K. but expensive.

A pizza place.

Mex restaurant open around noon. Food also O.K.

Small store that sells food items and sandwiches.

One RV parts.

Marathon is the last place for anything on the way to Big Bend National Park. Approximately 70 miles.

25 miles west on Rt. 90 to Alpine. larger
