Northport Mobile Home and RV Park, Lakeport, California
Date of Stay:
September, 2018 -
$16.00
Overall Rating:
Diamond in the rough. Small park. I think we were lucky to get a spot. Call for reservation for sure. Mostly full timers. Very nice manager. Full hook up. Good Verizon signal. Didn't try TV. I'd give it higher score just for the beautiful view of the lake, but no wifi or cable. Can't beat the price for that view though. We camped at Northport Mobile Home and RV Park in a Motorhome.

Sully's RV Park, Alturas, California

$30.00
Overall Rating:
Very friendly and helpful host. It's not a beautiful park but the resident deer makes up for that. Lots of full timers but we don't have a problem with that. Full hook ups at reasonable price for a pull thru. Can't beat that. We camped at Sully's RV Park in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:
We'd give this a 10 if the roads were paved. Easy on off 93. Easy to navigate. Huge spaces. Good internet. Very clean. Nicest PA park we've been to. Would definitely stay again. We camped at Round Valley RV Park (formerly Challis Valley RV Resort) in a Motorhome.

7th Ranch RV Camp, Garryowen, Montana
Date of Stay:
July, 2018 -
$40.00
Overall Rating:
We thought it was a little spendy, especially for no sewer. They didn't have any left. Very clean, pretty park. Our site was not too level. Tires were almost off the ground on one side when leveling. Liked that they give you ice cream. We camped at 7th Ranch RV Camp in a Motorhome.

LePage Park COE, Rufus, Oregon
Date of Stay:
May, 2018 -
$13.00
Overall Rating:
The only reason I didn't give this park a 10 is because they didn't have sewer hook ups. This park is beautiful. We parked right on the river. Pull-through space. The price was Golden Access pass but even at full price of $25, it's worth it! I saw reviews that said not easy to navigate. We were in a 35ft motorhome with toad and had no problems. Definitely will stay again. We camped at LePage Park COE in a Motorhome.

Grand Sierra Resort RV Park, Reno, Nevada
Date of Stay:
May, 2018 -
$22.00
Overall Rating:
We paid $22 but price is normally $35 and up. Spaces are wide, but not long enough for toad. No cable. WiFi was terrible. This was winter pricing. In June I believe they go up. Nothing special about this park in my opinion. Very nice hotel resort but they don't seem to care much about the RV park. We camped at Grand Sierra Resort RV Park in a Motorhome.

Valley of the Rogue State Park, Gold Hill, Oregon

$1.00
Overall Rating:
This park is one of the nicest state parks we have ever stayed. I was very impressed with the pull through sites. Very pretty park. Good Verizon signal. No cable or OTA channels. Not sure about satellite. Our site was free because my husband is disabled Vet. We camped at Valley of the Rogue State Park in a Motorhome.

Salmon Harbor RV Resort, Smith River, California
Date of Stay:
August, 2017 -
$23.00
Overall Rating:
We stayed here a few years ago and there were a lot of full timers but seems to be mostly full timers now. The office lady was very nice. Some spaces are VERY close and some are ok. We had space 47 and it was difficult to back in with our 35ft motorhome. Internet was spotty and so was our Verizon signal. But for the price we would stay again. Our rate was PA. We camped at Salmon Harbor RV Resort in a Motorhome.
There is a casino a mile down the road work a convenience store. $4.09 for half gallon of milk. Go the other way (right out of the park) 3 miles, there is a dollar General.

Yakima River RV Park, Ellensburg, Washington
Date of Stay:
August, 2017 -
$18.00
Overall Rating:
You never know what you're going to get with Passport America but this was probably the nicest PA park we've visited. Very very level. I would have given it a 10 but they advertise FHU but the guy told us no sewer when he brought us to our lot. This was the new section so they might not have sewer hooked up yet. And no cable. Beautiful park. Easy to find. You will hear trains though. Also, we were told they would not be PA next year. We camped at Yakima River RV Park in a Motorhome.

Lazy R Campground, Ranchester, Wyoming
Date of Stay:
July, 2017 -
$30.00
Overall Rating:
Easy to find off I90. Price is right but nothing fancy. We paid $30. They charge $2 extra per night if you want cable. We arrived at 3:20pm and office was closed. Luckily I had reserved online. Sewer hookups were situated where we couldn't even hookup without digging out another sewer hose. Our hose is 20 feet. We had to hook up two water houses to get water. Poor planning. We camped at Lazy R Campground in a Motorhome.

Very nice Park. Friendly park hosts and very helpful. Nice big spaces. I would have given a 5 but I feel it should have cable TV to rate a 5. Gravel roads. Small playground for kids. Several OTA channels. We camped at Victorian Acres Campground in a Motorhome.

City of Dell Rapids Campground, Dell Rapids, South Dakota
Date of Stay:
July, 2017 -
$18.00
Overall Rating:
This is just a small park at the baseball field. It was not easy to find since the only address I could find for the park was wrong. It is on South Garfield Avenue. 14 OTA channels. Verizon data service was fine. Electrical and water hookups for $18. Can't beat that. We camped at City of Dell Rapids Campground in a Motorhome.

Wagon Wheel Campground, Forsyth, Montana
Date of Stay:
July, 2017 -
$30.00
Overall Rating:
This is a small park and we were lucky to get a spot. I'm glad I called early in the day. Nothing fancy but had everything you need. No cable but OTA channels. Internet was phenomenal. The picnic table was warped, not usable. We camped at Wagon Wheel Campground in a Motorhome.
