Edisto Beach State Park, Edisto Island, South Carolina

Date of Stay: February, 2019 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

Stayed here 4 nights in the Live Oak section of the campground. We were able to check in about an hour early so that was a plus. Backing a 30' TT into our site was a bit challenging but not impossible. Several sites appear to be that way while others look to be easy. The campsite was very clean and hook ups were easy. I will add that the water hook up are at the street and electric is at the rear of the site so make sure you have an extra hose or electric cord if necessary. Also a previous review pointed out debris at the rear of their site. This debris is left over from hurricane Matthew and is in only a few sites. It would seem after 2 years, clean up would be complete so I'm not sure why clean up would not be completed by now. Another detail is we reserved our site for next year and were pleasantly surprised by a price decrease! That never happens but it did... Your site pass is good for parking at the beach as long as they are not full. No problem this time of year. We camped at Edisto Beach State Park in a Travel Trailer.
