4 Paws Kingdom Campground and Dog Retreat, Rutherfordton, North Carolina

Date of Stay: June, 2006 - $65.00
Overall Rating:

My husband and I, along with Tater and Chewie our kids, had a wonderful experience at 4 Paws Kingdom. When we first arrived, the owners came out to the car to meet the kids and were so welcoming and friendly. We opted to stay in a cabin since we don't own a camper/trailer. The cabin was perfect for our two night stay. I was amazed at how clean it was, considering that dogs have previously stayed here. The dogs had plenty to do. We went hiking each morning, followed by a swim. After some lunch and a nap (humans too) we went hiking and swimming again. And again in the evening. By nightime the dogs were exhausted. For us humans, we enjoyed grilling out hotdogs and hamburgers, sitting on the front porch, reading, relaxing and a movie on tv at night. Very relaxing! I highly recommend this campground. We camped at 4 Paws Kingdom Campground and Dog Retreat in a .
