Marble Quarry RV Park, Columbia, California

Date of Stay: July, 2006 - $36.00
Overall Rating:

When calling around for a last minute camping destination I was greeted by a very friendly voice at Marble Quarry RV Park. Both husband and wife team at the park were very accommodating. I was given one site when making the reservation and camped at this site the first night. The next morning I asked if I could go into another site since I felt sandwiched into the original site. I was given the available open sites and chose the one I liked the best. The swimming pool was a bit small for the size of the park but kept relatively clean. There are plenty of shaded sites and the trail into Columbia State Park was very well marked. I went into the ladies room just before leaving on the 4th of July. The room has 3 showers stalls and 3 toilet stalls. I was surprised it was as clean as it was with all the traffic that went in and out all weekend long. My site was right above the office building in direct site of the restrooms. I would give this place a 10 if they were to offer Wi-Fi. Cell coverage is very spotty but that is no fault of the park. We camped at Marble Quarry RV Park in a Travel Trailer.
