Port of Garibaldi RV Park, Garibaldi, Oregon

Date of Stay: August, 2019 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

Gravel lot with reasonable spacing, friendly residents. Within easy walking distance to good restaurants and fish markets. Some sites were junky looking including the site next to me. The guy had so much "stuff" on his site, he parked his pickup and boat in the street in front of his rig. This made it impossible to leave as I couldn't get my rig past him until he moved. Park management didn't do anything about it. We camped at Port of Garibaldi RV Park in a Motorhome.

Alsea river RV park & Marina, Waldport, Oregon

Date of Stay: August, 2019 - $28.00
Overall Rating:

This is a hidden gem with a great view of the Alsea River and surrounding mountains. The staff was exceptionally friendly. The electricity was a little weak with only about 105 volts part of the time and no wi-fi. I would stay in this park again! We camped at Alsea river RV park & Marina in a Motorhome.

Columbia River RV Park, Portland, Oregon

Date of Stay: July, 2019 - $45.00
Overall Rating:

Very clean and well organized Park. All RVs parked there were in very good condition, no junkers! The only negative I have about the park is the jet noise from nearby Portland International Airport. This too was greatly diminished at night. We camped at Columbia River RV Park in a Motorhome.

Garrity RV Park, Nampa, Idaho

Date of Stay: July, 2019 - $24.00
Overall Rating:

When I arrived they claimed to have deleted my reservation because somebody else with my same last name had come in and decided not to stay. Sounded fishy, but I went along. So all they had was 30 amp which doesn't work for me. They did convince somebody to move to another site so I could have his 50 amp site. That process took about 2 hours. The place was somewhat junky with several cars parked in the streets, making it difficult to navigate. The Wi-Fi was very poor. The spaces are too close together. I wouldn't have been able to extend my awning. We camped at Garrity RV Park in a Motorhome.

Adams County Fairgrounds, Hastings, Nebraska

Date of Stay: May, 2018 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

Park would be much better if 50 amp service was available at the full hookup sites. We could not keep the motorhome cool with 30 amps, so we had to move to a site with 50 amps but no other hookups. The camp host was very helpful and courteous. We camped at Adams County Fairgrounds in a Motorhome.

Horseshoe Casino RV Park, Council Bluffs, Iowa

Date of Stay: July, 2017 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

Overpriced for what You received. Concrete parking lot with electric and water. Sites so close together you could not extend awning. Poor and confusing signage to find registration area. No shuttle to and from casino. I would not stay here again nor would I recommend the place to others. We camped at Horseshoe Casino RV Park in a Motorhome.

Tom Sawyer's Mississippi River Park, West Memphis, Arkansas

Very nice park right on Mississippi river. Exciting to watch barge traffic go up and down the river. Laundry facility was free which is unusual in RV parks. We camped at Tom Sawyer's Mississippi River Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Sandy Lake MH & RV Resort, Carrollton, Texas

Way overpriced for what you get. Sites are very close together almost touching neighbor's rig when awning is extended. Reasonably friendly staff. Laundry room out of service. We camped at Sandy Lake MH & RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Neskowin Creek RV Resort, Neskowin, Oregon

Date of Stay: August, 2013 - $1.00
Overall Rating:

Had to listen to presentation selling RV park memberships. Worst thing was trying to get a reservation. It is nearly impossible to reach anybody. They say they will contact you within 24-48 hours. That doesn't happen. The reservations desk says they can only reserve for members. When we told the salesman about the poor customer service and inability to reach people, he was quite indifferent. He said he was only trying to sell his quota. Obviously we didn't buy. We camped at Neskowin Creek RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Great park! Would definitely stay here again. Family friendly as my daughter and her children also stayed with us with no additional fees that most parks charge. Well kept park with friendly staff. We camped at Teton Valley Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Peter D's RV Park, Sheridan, Wyoming

Date of Stay: June, 2013 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

Sites were very close together. Virtually no space for sitting outside. Neighbor's sewer connection was pretty much under the picnic table. Manager was not very friendly. We were charged extra for grandchildren, even though they did not use the showers or restrooms. Would not stay here again. We camped at Peter D's RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.
