Zion Canyon Campground & RV Park, Springdale, Utah

Date of Stay: July, 2006 - $27.00
Overall Rating:

Conveniently located to Zion National Park entrance. Most employees not very friendly: kind of grumpy. However, I was extremely blessed to be helped by a "working camper." What a gem she was! Expensive laundry facilities and not all working properly. Lots and lots of dirt with very little shade, unless on the river. New trees have been planted and within 5-10 years should provide better shade. Public toilets/showers not well cleaned. Tent sites were very small/crowded. But, since we didn't have to deal with public facilities often or tent sites, it was an overal pleasant experience. Just try not to have to deal with the grumpy people in the office. Because of the close proximity to Zion and the natural beauty surrounding the campground and the river running through it: we would probably stay here again. We camped at Zion Canyon Campground & RV Park in a Travel Trailer.
