Midessa Oil Patch RV Park, Odessa, Texas

Date of Stay: June, 2018 - $32.00
Overall Rating:

The owners live on site and keep the place very clean. I stayed in pull thru site 38 with a Ram 2500HD and a 25ft Airstream. The sites are hard gravel & level. We were informed about nitrate levels in the water ahead of time. They give a case of water upon checkin. We filled our tanks before we left our previous RV park and didn't find the water issue to be a problem. You're still able to use the Odesssa city water for showers. The owner is working on the permanent fix for the RV Park. If coming from the east while heading west on I-20, The GPS will have you get off at the correct exit and you may think you'er getting right back onto I-20W. However, you are actually being directed onto the access road that runs parallel to I-20W. That makes access to the RV Park's location easy. All things considered we enjoyed the stop and would do it again. We camped at Midessa Oil Patch RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Tips for other Campers:

We ate lunch at Rosa's Café and highly recommend it. We went to the meteor crater and to the local University of Texas location to see the replica of Stonehenge.
