Construction is going on in the park for the next month. Crews start at 6:00 AM. Also, a one day notice that the electric would be off in the park for six hours on 9/16/15. Lady in the office is very nice. The man was very gruff. We camped at Tucson / Lazydays KOA in a Motorhome.

Have stayed at this park many times. Was a bit run down this time. They were working on improvements and improving the roads through out park. Would stay again. In middle of the city and does have a lot of shade when in this area during the summer. During the summer months in Arlington, TX you need trees. We camped at Treetops RV Resort in a Motorhome.
In the city. Close to all activities in the area.

Overall Rating:
Stay was for 4 nights due to holiday and family in the area.
Rate was high due to holiday and events in area. Close to all in the city. Quiet. Have stayed here several times before when visiting the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. Have stayed at other parks in the area and this is the best one by far. This park will always be our first choice when returning to this area. We were in a 38 foot motor coach. The staff is great. We
camped at Treetops RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Rate is a RPI rate. However, the regular rate is reasonable. Very nice and friendly camp ground. Very quite. Beautiful surroundings. Long level sites and a lot of room for walks. Able to have a camp fire at night. Fourteen miles from I-10 and about 30-45 minutes from Panama City and beaches. Would stay again. We camped at Pine Lake RV Park in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:
Rate reflects a Coast to Coast rate. Would not be worth the full nightly rate. Stayed one night. Site was not level. Site was grass. Multiple large ant beds. Water leaked and made a large puddle outside. The site was long and level. Did have to unhook toad. Would not want to stay again. We camped at Three Flags RV Campground in a Motorhome.

Clerbrook Golf & RV Resort, Clermont, Florida
Date of Stay:
September, 2014 -
$17.00
Overall Rating:
Watch for trees for your dish to work or not. They need someone to escort you to the site due to the size of the park. Took us about 20 minutes to find ours. Sites not well marked. All grass areas needed mowing. Mostly park models and RV's that are permanent. That is OK but they don't seem to have requirements on upkeep. Some are nice while others are very dumpy looking. People are nice. Looks like they have a lot of things to do beginning in October. Would stay again for a few nights, not the entire winter season. We camped at Clerbrook Golf & RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Ocean Grove RV Resort, St Augustine Beach, Florida
Date of Stay:
September, 2014 -
$30.00
Overall Rating:
Rate reflects a Passport America discount of 50%. This is certainly not worth $60.00 per night. The term "resort" is a stretch. Grass site. No patio. Road in/out was rough. Hot tub not working. Lady at the front desk could use some customer service skills. A lot of old looking RVs, park models, and full time people. One and a half miles to the beach. On a positive note it is close to all sights in the area and easy to get to. Will find another place to stay the next time we are in the area. We camped at Ocean Grove RV Resort in a Motorhome.

The Oaks at Point South, Yemassee, South Carolina
Date of Stay:
September, 2014 -
$11.00
Overall Rating:
Camped for 4 nights. Rate reflects RPI membership. Campground needs a lot of TLC. Roads and RV sites need a lot of new gravel. Rained all days we were there and site became very muddy and road has multiple pot holes. Had it not been for the potholes and then the mud around the hook ups, would have been OK. The lady in the office was so nice. She and her husband are trying very hard. Surroundings are pretty with the large oaks and ample shade. We camped at The Oaks at Point South in a Motorhome.

Lazy Acres RV Park, Lenoir City, Tennessee
Date of Stay:
September, 2014 -
$24.00
Overall Rating:
Gave a star for the paved road in and around the camp ground. A star for the long level gravel sites. Nice people in the office. 75% of park is full time with a lot of junk outside the RV's. The sites were not well kept. Our site was filled with grass/weeds that were above the ankle. Could not enjoy being outside. Sites also had ants. Had the smell of dead fish coming from the pond area. The laundry room floor was dirty. Had stayed at this park a year ago and it was in much better shape. Will not return. Had I seen the site before paying for a week, would not have stayed. We camped at Lazy Acres RV Park in a Motorhome.
