Bear Lake State Park - Cisco Beach, Garden City, Utah

Date of Stay: June, 2018 - $12.00
Overall Rating:

Dry camping large site overlooking beach. Sites varied from small to large not well defined. Some rocky. All had access to rocky beach. Water was crystal clear blue and cold. Campground filled up on weekend. We stayed for 7 nights quiet weekdays busy with families on weekends. This campground is not fancy but is a diamond in the rough. Large campers should pick a site not too far from entry as there is no turnaround space at the ends. Pit toilets kept very clean, no smells. We camped at Bear Lake State Park - Cisco Beach in a Fifth Wheel.

St. Johnsville Campsite Marina, St. Johnsville, New York

Date of Stay: August, 2013 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

Very nice city park. Most sites are full time residents. Entrance to park is tight but paved. All the waterfront sites were occupied, but friendly neighbors had us over for the nightly boat watching on the Erie canal and sharing the days events. Nice people. There is a small marina. The harbormaster can fill you in on the area. I was told this park rarely fills up but call just in case. If you are a light sleeper you may want to pass as there are trains running late in the night. We will stay here again if in the area. We camped at St. Johnsville Campsite Marina in a Fifth Wheel.

We love this campground. Stayed here before. Nice sites. Lots to do biking, birding, fishing, hiking and more. Stayed in A loop (our favorite) and C loop. Both were great. We camped at Fort Pickens Campground in a Fifth Wheel.
