Carmel by the River RV Park, Carmel, California

Date of Stay: August, 2016 - $85.00
Overall Rating:

It was so great to return to our favorite RV park, in our 45' coach. Camped here many times. It is just far enough away from Carmel to be in the sun so weather is perfect. It is quiet, peaceful, and nicely landscaped. Sites are wide with 8' tall hedges between, creating privacy.

Owners are very friendly and go out of their way to make sure your stay meets your expectations. Owner is constantly improving the park. We especially like the stamped concrete patios on the premium sites.

Expensive, but any place around Carmel is expensive. It is well worth it in our opinion. Park is very dog friendly with a wonderful maintained grass field for dogs to play in. Park is so relaxing it is hard to motivate ones self to leave. We camped at Carmel by the River RV Park in a Motorhome.

Crown Villa RV Resort, Bend, Oregon

Date of Stay: August, 2006 - $50.00
Overall Rating:

As nice as it gets. Only downside is there are very few sites that your satellite will work on due to trees. Unfortunately, according to managers, park will soon be turned into housing development. Great location and superbly maintained. We camped at Crown Villa RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

Nice park with paved streets and paved sites. Paving for sites is just large enough for motor home to fit on. Wi-fi works only near the office. Easy to get in and out of with big rig. We camped in a Motorhome.

Jack's Landing RV Resort, Grants Pass, Oregon

Date of Stay: August, 2006 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

Great park. Very clean spacious sites that are easy to get in and out of with a big rig. Sites next to interstate are noisy, but others are great. Will stay there again. We camped at Jack's Landing RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Carmel by the River RV Park, Carmel, California

Date of Stay: August, 2006 - $55.00
Overall Rating:

This is one of our favorite RV Parks. The park is very clean and close to all of the activities in Carmel and Monterey. It is far enough away from the coach to be sunny most of the time and enjoys great weather. The road coming in is tight in several places, but it is paved and not all that bad once one becomes familiar with it. We camped here in a 45' motor home with no problems. Great park with nice management. Highly recommend. We camped at Carmel by the River RV Park in a Motorhome.
