Atlanta South RV Resort , Mcdonough, Georgia
Date of Stay:
August, 2018 -
$36.00
Overall Rating:
Stayed 3 nights - they advertise about having 140 sites, would be a lot nicer park if they would have limited it 100 sights. Lots at really tight and difficult to maneuver about, narrow roads. Considering it's hilly country most lots appear to be fairly level. Camp host and workers are really great people. No cable and several trees about I questioned satellite use, we are in A6, our satellite works great, back of our RV is just off the road. We would stay here again. We camped at Atlanta South RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Cypress Camping Resort, Myrtle Beach, South Carolina
Date of Stay:
August, 2018 -
$68.00
Overall Rating:
Enjoyed our short stay (4 days), the park is well kept and very neat. Even the "full-time" residents places are kept clean - and their are very few of those. Office personnel are friendly and familiar with your out of camp adventures. Store is well stocked and the cake is an excellent breakfast and lunch stop. Three docks, boat launching and boat rentals are in the park. We camped at Cypress Camping Resort in a Motorhome.
about a mile and half north of the park on Socastee Road you'll find a restaurant Socastee Station in a strip mall ... not a notable front but inside you will a nice friendly atmosphere ... you will find several the "locals" and excellent food and great daily specials. The Friday Special is fresh caught fish and fresh cut fries.

We had a pull-through, extremely uneven, could have packed front wheel bearings, fresh rock but poorly poured and leveled - a large house keeping problem. looking out other campsites most are uneven. Beautiful park, pool and amenities. Would stay again. We camped at Greensboro KOA in a Motorhome.

Spring Hill Mobile Home Park, Chapel Hill, North Carolina
Date of Stay:
August, 2018 -
$40.00
Overall Rating:
Awesome hosts and owners, very helpful. The park it self is scattered with older mobile homes on their last leg, scheduled for removal when current residents leave. The park is wooded and quite, frogs serenade you each evening and morning. Our site #32 was plenty long and level for our 40' and tow vehicle. Water pressure a little low but adequate. No satellite, but taped shows on Dish filled the void. Regular antenna CBS and NBC came fine. It's a beautiful way to "camp" and we will return. We camped at Spring Hill Mobile Home Park in a Motorhome.

Tall Pines Harbor Campground, Temperanceville, Virginia
Date of Stay:
August, 2018 -
$70.00
Overall Rating:
Very large and well groomed park, beach front sites are a little if-eee as being real beach fronts. Prime sites are real nice. One can park in the tall pines or open area(satellite friendly). Nice pool and kiddie area. The also have a horse riding arena , no stables. Definitely family orientated. Out of park amenities are not close. Closest bar and grill is 6 miles away - closed Monday and Tuesday. We would stay again in prime site. We camped at Tall Pines Harbor Campground in a Motorhome.

Brandywine Creek Campground, Downingtown, Pennsylvania
Date of Stay:
August, 2018 -
$45.00
Overall Rating:
Clientele is made up by mostly seasonal campers - their sites are bit junky. Grounds are well kept, swimming pool looked clean and inviting. The camp host are friendly and very helpful. This is our second time and probably not our last - as we have friends close by. The Brandywine Creek is of a historical interest to some and beautiful woodlands surround the park. oWater pressure is on the low side but do-a-ble. We camped at Brandywine Creek Campground in a Motorhome.

Pine Hill RV Park, Kutztown, Pennsylvania
Date of Stay:
August, 2018 -
$50.00
Overall Rating:
These cleanest park we've stayed at. The hosts are personable, friendly and very knowledgeable about local attractions. No long term residents is a big plus. Large sites bordered with well groomed grass on both sides (may be 10 feet in width and as long as your site). Most sites are fairly levels. Good sand play ground and putt-putt golf. Dogs are welcome, no dog run but two large grassed areas that can run in. We were delighted with this park. We camped at Pine Hill RV Park in a Motorhome.
Located in the country side, with a back drop of a very clean horse barn next door. Two excellent meat parks very close, one with the best bacon and summer sausage I have ever had (Peters Meat Market) the other specializes in smoked meats, both have awesome fresh cuts.

Round Top Campground, Gettysburg, Pennsylvania
Date of Stay:
July, 2018 -
$70.00
Overall Rating:
We stayed in the "resort" for days to visit the nearby historical. We did not use facilities in the park. The pool and tennis court looked nice. For us the $70 fee was a little high as the "resort" roads and general appearance are in shambles. Very hard to navigate the rough narrow roads. Would not choose this park again. We camped at Round Top Campground in a Motorhome.

Pomo RV Park & Campground, Fort Bragg, California
Date of Stay:
September, 2017 -
$50.00
Overall Rating:
Not all sites are private ... we were a in a large area, 7 rigs backed in end to end in a semi circle, back ends almost touching. Fire pit was a short "can" and we did have a picnic table. Water pressure was good. They charged $2.00 per day for dogs ( we did not pick up because of this), kids were no charge, but they did use water, sewer, etc. We would stay here again but would insist on a "private" site. We camped at Pomo RV Park & Campground in a Motorhome.

Klamath River RV Park, Klamath, California
Date of Stay:
September, 2017 -
$50.00
Overall Rating:
Under new management changes are on the horizon. Could be a beautiful place, as it is nestled on the fantastic Klamath River, one of longest in the country. Campsites are surrounded by a Redwood forest. Pull throughs are nice, electric and water pressure are good. Internet is OK, Verizon phones or jet-packs are useless. We camped at Klamath River RV Park in a Motorhome.
A trip up and down the Klamath, fishing or sight seeing makes it a worth while trip. A supper at Steelhead Lodge for a fantastic meal...reservations are suggested.

Woahink Lake RV Resort, Florence, Oregon
Date of Stay:
September, 2017 -
$40.00
Overall Rating:
An old park with plenty of privacy, hedges between most sites. A scattering of trees add to beauty. An asphalt walkway gives you access to dunes and the Pacific coast. Staff is friendly and helpful. Locally owned and operated, we prefer the "mom and pop" places such as this. We would definitely stay again and recommend it to all! We camped at Woahink Lake RV Resort in a Motorhome.
