Cedars of Lebanon State Park, Lebanon, Tennessee

Date of Stay: August, 2016 - $20.00
Overall Rating:

Cute little state park with lots of hiking available. We stayed in Campground 1. Sites were VERY close together, and given that, we would probably try Campground 2 the next time we visit. Lots of trees made the sites nice and shady. Dump station serving Campground 1 and 2. The bathhouse is old and needs upgrading and maintenance, but the site was $20 and there is no park entry fee, so you get what you pay for. Our site claimed to be level, but in fact was slightly angled; nothing some leveling blocks couldn't fix, just don't trust the descriptions on the website entirely. We'll be back to explore more trails! We camped at Cedars of Lebanon State Park in a Motorhome.

Rita Blanca City Park, Dalhart, Texas

Date of Stay: March, 2014 - $15.00
Overall Rating:

Camped here for two nights in March for a marathon. Pull through only if you're in something very small; we backed in with our 31' RV. Water hookups are available, but lack of pressure made it basically unusable for on-demand service. We decided to just fill up our fresh water tank, and it took us over an hour to fill it up. Campground is adjacent to a run down playground on the lake. Be careful with kids. There is a lot of broken glass on that playground. If you go toward the road past the disc golf course, there is a much nicer, brand new playground up there. Lots of traffic in and out of the parking lot by the lower playground throughout the day and night. We never figured out exactly what was going on down there because there was never anyone at the playground. The lake and trail areas are pretty and worth the trip, but I wouldn't stay here for more than an overnight. We camped at Rita Blanca City Park in a Motorhome.

Frazier Park, Ulysses, Kansas

Date of Stay: March, 2014 - $8.00
Overall Rating:

A decent place for an overnight. Nice trail around the "reclaimed water" lake for walking/running. Great playground adjacent to the park itself. Water and electric worked great. The city of Ulysses is great. We wish we had more time to poke around the town. The museum in town is very nice. We camped at Frazier Park in a Motorhome.

Corral Drive-In RV Park, Guymon, Oklahoma

Date of Stay: March, 2014 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

Stayed here for one night while passing through the area. As previously mentioned, GPS navigation is wrong to the address, but there is a big sign on the highway. Easy pull through sites. Bathrooms were immaculate, full-size showers in a wood-paneled room with a door and lots of hooks. Laundry room looked brand new. We were there in the off-season, so I cannot comment on the snack bar and movies. Would not hesitate to stay here again. We camped at Corral Drive-In RV Park in a Motorhome.
