Indy Lakes Campground, Indianapolis, Indiana

Date of Stay: August, 2019 - $38.00
Overall Rating:

We stayed here one night. It stated NO night fishing there was all kinds of people night fishing. They were loud and rude. This campground was dirty and smell. Our spot was right up next to the next campers. Hardly room between especially if you have slide outs. The person that was running the desk that day was very rude and acted like she was put out by us checking in and staying there. We camped at Indy Lakes Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Mark Twain Cave Campground, Hannibal, Missouri

Date of Stay: August, 2019 - $38.00
Overall Rating:

We had a FHU 50amp. Stayed one night, but did get to see around the campgrounds. Bathhouse was dirty, bugs all around the bathhouse (inside & outside), and trash piled up outside the bathhouse. Site was very unlevel and very close to each other. The lady in the office was very very rude. There was big piles of dog poop over by the pavilion & big dog running around loose. The other campers that were staying there were very friendly which was nice. Nicely located not from from town. We camped at Mark Twain Cave Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

RV Park at Rising Star Casino, Rising Sun, Indiana

Date of Stay: July, 2019 - $20.00
Overall Rating:

We stayed with the deal of pay for 2 nights get the 3rd free. Very nice campground, concrete pads, and rock for toads and picnic area. Very nice private rooms with showers. Only bad things I have to say was check-in was suppose to be in the lodge, but had go across to the casino to check-in, construction down the road, and we call for the shuttle and they didn't answer 2 of the 3 days. Very nice pool and good continental breakfast buffet. We camped at RV Park at Rising Star Casino in a Fifth Wheel.

Pier-Lon Park, Medina, Ohio

Date of Stay: July, 2019 - $32.00
Overall Rating:

Family stayed here a week and loved it. The couple running it was very friendly and much help. Check-in took less than 5 minutes. You have to have a gate key to enter. Campground is very well kept. All the camper around us were very friendly. You can only swim when life guard was on duty which was noon -8pm if the life guard wanted to stay that long. Very nice playground, nice disc golf course, and nice pond where you can fish (Catch and Release). Sites are gravel, but very level. Nice shade. There are some very strict area about where you can have your dogs. Bingo Wednesday evening and church Sunday morning. Great all around We camped at Pier-Lon Park in a Fifth Wheel.

America's Best Campground, Branson, Missouri

Date of Stay: July, 2014 - $29.00
Overall Rating:

Great People. Great to work with. We got there and was helped to the site the assigned us, which didn't work well with our trailer so they showed me a few others there they had found one that worked good. No shade was the only thing that we didn't like on our site but there was many with shade just would not work for us this time. Very helpful. VERY clean bathrooms and VERY nice clean showers. Nice playground for the kids and Basketball goal to play. Everyone that I talked to was very friendly and always asked if they could help in anyway. Very nice to my kids and all the kids I seen. We met some great people during our stay there of 10 days. Will stay there again. Only hard thing was kind of down in a valley so must get a good run when going to leave with trailer. We camped at America's Best Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Tall Pines Campground, Branson, Missouri

Date of Stay: March, 2014 - $42.00
Overall Rating:

Very hard to get in and out. Hard to get into spots. We showed up they had us assigned us to one spot knowing that our trailer was 45' long but that spot could not even come close to being about to accommodate it. Then found us one at the top of the hill but we had to back all the way up from bottom of hill and to leave had to pull all the way down to bottom of hill back up the entrance hill and cut really tight to get turned to get out. Sewers were way far in back of the site. WILL NOT RETURN. workers were rude and put out NO Help Not Very Family Friendly. Rude because we had two younger children but they never bother anyone. We camped at Tall Pines Campground in a Fifth Wheel.
