Orange City RV Resort, Orange City, Florida

Date of Stay: June, 2016 - $39.00
Overall Rating:

This is a multi-use park having permanent residents as well as overnight visitors. There are many open sites available at any one time during this time of year. Ours was located very close to the office and entrance making entry/exit easy. Site was a level concrete pad with grass all around and a picnic table. All sites we saw have a concrete pad but not all are big rig friendly. Most roads are narrow and some twisty making navigating the campground difficult in larger rigs. Overall a clean park with good laundry and bath facilities with nice pool. If you don't mind staying in an urban setting this is a good park. Friendly staff but the residents are definitely not friendly campers. I would stay here again for a night or two. We camped at Orange City RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Lafayette KOA, Scott, Louisiana

Date of Stay: May, 2016 - $50.00
Overall Rating:

Stayed one night while traveling through state. Very friendly and helpful staff. Onsite RV technician was very helpful getting our broken water heater operational. Facility was very crowded during Memorial Day weekend. Heavy rain after nightfall made it impossible to venture outside since there was 2 inches of rainwater off the concrete pad on the gravel filled site. Pad was just wide enough to accommodate width of motorhome. Would stay here again if stopping for the night. One of the better KOAs we have stayed at. We camped at Lafayette KOA in a Motorhome.
