Little Turtle RV & Storage, Eufaula, Oklahoma

Date of Stay: September, 2018 - $37.00
Overall Rating:

Lovely park with many trees, a pond with ducks, volleyball, slide and swings for kids and very large, clean, fenced dog park. A second dog park for small dogs. Large spotless laundry; also a club house and pretty pool. Very nice, helpful staff. All utilities worked; concrete slabs and picnic tables at each spot. Don't know what else one would want. My GPS didn't want to find this site. It is 4 miles North of Eufaula and visible from Hwy 69 on the East side. We camped at Little Turtle RV & Storage in a Travel Trailer.

Vines RV Resort, Paso Robles, California

Date of Stay: August, 2014 - $70.00
Overall Rating:

Pros - Nice, clean park. Two pools with one for adults. Staff pre-assigned a spot so we would not have to be by the highway where it would be really noisy. Nice grassy fenced dog run. Cons - They required that we pay for 3 nights because of Labor Day, but 2 of our neighbors did not have to. Odd. Also store has minimal supplies and is only open until 5:00. Also odd. Fire pits not provided. There were flyers and we were told of a band that would play Friday night but it did not happen - no explanation as to why. We camped at Vines RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Cloverdale / Healdsburg KOA, Cloverdale, California

Date of Stay: August, 2014 - $65.00
Overall Rating:

This place is surely closing, as the Office/Store is rarely open, the roads are very narrow asphalt and are crumbling. I was worried about "falling off". Could not use laundry because we were out of soap and store is never open. My husband had a fall requiring that he ice his leg, but could not get ice because store is never open. There is No cable and the supposed WiFi worked for about ten minutes. This place is so deserted that my husband commented he felt a little concerned for our safety. Be warned! We camped at Cloverdale / Healdsburg KOA in a Travel Trailer.
