Bowery Haven Resort, Richfield, Utah

Date of Stay: September, 2014 - $32.00
Overall Rating:

Needs work, sites not real easy to get into, not level. Most sites are occupied by seasonal folks. We could not hook up our sewer lines as they were uphill from our rig. Seasonal resident told us that there are new, young owners, still getting things organized and fixed up. Restaurant and gift shop on site; okay food for breakfast. Right across the road from the lake and they have a dock with boat rentals. No Internet or cell phone access all around the lake - store down the road has a cell phone booster. We would go back! But I would miss the Internet! We camped at Bowery Haven Resort in a Motorhome.

Spanish Trail RV Park & Campground, Moab, Utah

Date of Stay: August, 2014 - $52.00
Overall Rating:

Stayed here for 9 days while we explored Moab. It is at south end of town, right off of the highway into town. Some road noise, but with motorhome buttoned up we did not notice this. We enjoyed sitting out a lot in the evening without problems with the noise or bugs! Disappointed in where we were assigned for our site even though we made reservations ahead of time - right next to the office, which was noisy with check-ins and door chimes. Internet connection was fine in that location though! Also, rate was higher for some of our stay than other nights of stay - saw no reason for that. Took our Passport America discount for some of the nights which helped. We camped at Spanish Trail RV Park & Campground in a Motorhome.

Black Bart's RV Park, Flagstaff, Arizona

Date of Stay: August, 2014 - $32.00
Overall Rating:

We stayed one night only on our way to Utah; good place for one night. Not sure I would like it for more than that. Wonderful fun restaurant on site - music and singing by the servers throughout your very good food dinner. We stayed in an area without trees which surprised me for Flagstaff. It just seemed old and run down. Would stay again for a one night stand We camped at Black Bart's RV Park in a Motorhome.

Cadillac Ranch RV Park, Bluff, Utah

Date of Stay: August, 2014 - $27.00
Overall Rating:

Nice park, clean, friendly staff at front desk. Reservations made ahead through email, which worked very well. Only problem we experienced was the horrible mosquitoes! Prevented us from sitting outside in the evening. We were with friends - total of 3 rigs which the park arranged for us to be next to one another. Town is a big nothing. Good food at the Twin Rocks Cafe. Nice tourist gift shop too. We stayed here to be close to visit Four Corners, on our way to Moab. We camped at Cadillac Ranch RV Park in a Motorhome.
