Quail Ridge RV Resort , Huachuca City, Arizona

Date of Stay: February, 2016 - $10.00
Overall Rating:

Horrible service spoils the experience. Constant sewer odor problems. All the "grass" areas are not actually grass but sticker plants. Personnel in office can be pretty rude at times. This is NOT a "resort". There are 'some' positives: price is very low, restrooms are very clean. Never felt very welcome by the office. That really spoils things a LOT. We camped at Quail Ridge RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Sierra Vista Mobile Home Village and RV Park, Sierra Vista, Arizona

Date of Stay: March, 2015 - $13.00
Overall Rating:

Tucked away in the back of Sierra Vista Mobile Home Village located on Hwy 90 as you are leaving town towards Bisbee. This is a very nice little park with lots of amenities. Two club houses and two pools (one is heated and indoors along with an indoor hot tub) This park is right up against Nat. Forest land and is VERY quite. They do not advertise nor have any indication from the road that an RV park exists back here. 33 spaces, several pull though for big rigs. Well worth checking out. Each lot has a cement patio pad and it's own shed. Wifi is fast but not always easy to connect; you may have to walk over to one of the clubhouses. They provide Cable TV as well. Some of the spaces are a little close together while others a very spacious. monthly rate is $385 + electric (a little 'high' but you pay for the location). There is an RV "Resort" next door, but the spaces are very 'sterile' and you are very close to the highway. We have nice views here and lots of wildlife as it's all virgin desert just to us. One of the club houses has a bedroom room rental of $30.00/night if you have a visiting guest... the club houses are two converted homes from the original owners and are both very very nice. We camped at Sierra Vista Mobile Home Village and RV Park in a Motorhome.

Sundial Springs Campground & Hot Springs, Glenwood, New Mexico

Date of Stay: September, 2014 - $20.00
Overall Rating:

Amazing tucked away location. A little hard to get to and you MUST call ahead. They have hot springs there to use at $20/hour--beautiful nature. Sites where a little unkempt, as it was out of season for them but they are level and have nice outdoor fireplaces. Roomy, too. Stayed one night. Worth checking out. Very friendly owner. We camped at Sundial Springs Campground & Hot Springs in a Motorhome.

Rusty's RV Ranch, Rodeo, New Mexico

Date of Stay: September, 2014 - $18.00
Overall Rating:

An amazing place they created here. Huge sites - beautiful desert and mountains. Way more trees than I expected (the website photo(s) are very very old and not up to date). Wi-Fi was very fast. Super nice shower and laundry facilities. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They have a "Friday Night Happy Hour cookout" for the guests. Will definitely stop here again when I pass though this area. Gas up and stock up before you come. Remote location. Rate reflects a special for 10 nights. We camped at Rusty's RV Ranch in a Motorhome.
