Branson Lakeside RV Park, Branson, Missouri

Date of Stay: June, 2017 - $36.00
Overall Rating:

They now charge for premium wifi and the free wifi is unusable. I did a speed test and the free wifi was .7 Mbps. Manager was very unfriendly when I checked in. You share your front yard with the RV next to you. Sites have 2 picnic tables but ours only had 1 picnic table. They said they would bring us another but never did. We have stayed here many times and this was the first time I had any complaints. Love the location, close to the Landing and on Lake Taneycomo. They do not allow late checkout so we paid for an additional night to stay an extra hour. We camped at Branson Lakeside RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

The shuttle is nice to go to a Bass Pro or downtown. But we got on it from stop 3 to come back to the RV park and it took an hour. We could have walked it in 10 minutes.

Indian Point COE, Branson, Missouri

Date of Stay: June, 2016 - $11.00
Overall Rating:

Beautiful campground. The staff were extremely nice. Gave us directions to our site. No sites except 60 are waterfront. Some sites have a view of the marina. There is a rock beach within walking distance that also has life jackets for loan. No WIFI. They had it at one time but not now. Our site, 53 was listed for 40 ft rv and pull through but it was difficult to park our 37 ft fifth wheel since it was a little steep to enter the pull through. The park attendant came by one day and said this site is very challenging to park. The sites are spacious. This park is close to Silver Dollar City. We camped at Indian Point COE in a Fifth Wheel.

Natural Falls State Park, West Siloam Springs, Oklahoma

Date of Stay: April, 2016 - $22.00
Overall Rating:

Campsites are level, large with concrete pads, picnic table and fire pit. Our site, number 15 was 30 amp and no sewer. The park is very nice. Hiking to the falls is an easy hike. Some of the other trails are steep and not so easy. We camped at Natural Falls State Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Mill Creek COE, Lampe, Missouri

Date of Stay: October, 2015 - $11.00
Overall Rating:

Beautiful campground. Large spots close to lake. Can walk down to lake and fish. Nice area with picnic table, fire pit. Good Verizon signal and satellite signal. This is one of the nicest campgrounds we have stayed in. We had not made reservations. When we arrived on Tuesday the office was closed but the sign said to pick a spot that showed available. I then checked online to see when the spot was reserved. We camped at Mill Creek COE in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

To get there from the north we had to go over the Kimberling City bridge. They are working on the bridge so it is down to one lane and it has 9 ft 6 inch clearance. Avoid it if possible. We went south and around the lake when we left. It is scheduled to be completed May 2016.

Cedar Oaks RV Resort, Grove, Oklahoma

Date of Stay: September, 2015 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

Many sites are too close together. Our awning was inches from the neighbor's rv. Neighbor sewer and water next to our table. Some people could not open their awnings. There are some sites that have enough room but ours was terrible. We camped at Cedar Oaks RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Mutton Creek Marina & Campground, Greenfield, Missouri

Date of Stay: July, 2015 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

Most sites are extended stay. Sites are not level. People park their car and boats everywhere so it is difficult to maneuver. Sites very close together. Only a few spots have a view of the water. Had to find the site ourselves. I had printed a map of the campgrounds that I used, they did not give me one. WIFI worked well from out campsite but we were right by it. Other people drove over to it to use wifi. We camped at Mutton Creek Marina & Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Crater of Diamonds State Park , Murfreesboro, Arkansas

Date of Stay: September, 2014 - $33.00
Overall Rating:

Large sites. Lots of trees and shade. We were able to get satellite. Sites have gravel out the front door of the RV. It had rained so ours was a mud hole. They could not move us. They did add a little gravel to the worst spot. The walking trail was nice. We saw deer. We camped at Crater of Diamonds State Park in a Travel Trailer.

This is a beautiful place to camp! The spaces are large and spaced out. Concrete pad and patio overlooking the lake. This park was wonderful! The visitor center was nice. The people were great. We camped at Lake Dardanelle State Park in a Travel Trailer.

Wanderlust RV Park, Eureka Springs, Arkansas

Date of Stay: September, 2014 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

This is a gravel parking lot with hookups. The sites are extremely small. If it had been full there would have been no place to park the pull truck. The plastic picnic table would have been against the neighbor's camper. There are very few trees, no shade. The neighbor's sewer is in your front yard. No fire pit. I am shocked by the good reviews. I would never stay here again. We camped at Wanderlust RV Park in a Travel Trailer.
