Woodsy Hollow Campground, Goodrich, Texas

Date of Stay: August, 2015 - $20.00
Overall Rating:

Nice wooded park. We stayed here for the winter. The front part of the park was very nice. Back section was not well kept. Owners very nice very caring people. Bathrooms and laundry are dated. Pool needs upgraded. Older park. Does have a very nice clubhouse. We camped at Woodsy Hollow Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Frog City RV Park, Duson, Louisiana

Date of Stay: August, 2014 - $27.00
Overall Rating:

We stayed here two months, park is clean, nice managers who live on site. Bathrooms very clean and basically well kept up RV park. We did hear the traffic every night off I-10 and the train that goes through town. Our site was small. At first I was overwhelmed with not having a fire pit, no BBQ, not even a picnic table, none of which would fit in our back in site anyway. Cable was good, Wi-Fi was up and down during our stay. Not consistent. We had a gravel pad and there was a nice area to walk our dogs. Good place to stop for us as we had quite a few medical appointments in Lafayette. We camped at Frog City RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Rainbow's End - Escapees Rainbow Park, Livingston, Texas

Date of Stay: August, 2014 - $20.00
Overall Rating:

We camped here for two days, had a nice spot with very friendly office and staff people. We were camped on the side with the trolley. Someone told us that was the new section. Showers, laundry, and bathrooms were very clean. However at the time we were there they only had one bathroom and one shower available. We did drive around to get our mail and visit the headquarters with a few questions. Everyone provided our needs. Campgrounds is older than most we have been at. However, it was clean from what we seen and people were friendly there. Our pets were given little doggie treats too. We camped at Rainbow's End - Escapees Rainbow Park in a Travel Trailer.

Scheffel's Hideaway Campground, Two Rivers, Wisconsin

Date of Stay: August, 2014 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

We camped here from late April 2014 to late August 2014. Our fees were based on a seasonal rate. There are 50 sites available with all having water and electric. There are 16 sites with FHUs and 50 AMP. They have both back in and pull through with some shaded back in sites. Coin operated private showers and laundry. One washer and dryer and approximately 6 showers available. Clean pristine campgrounds with exceptional friendly and supportive owners who live on site. Pet friendly too. There is a lot of bike trails as this campgrounds is on the edge of Point Beach State Park. There is a small playground for young children. Quiet park and does have fire pits at each site. They do sell wood and ice at the campgrounds. We camped at Scheffel's Hideaway Campground in a Travel Trailer.
