Lake Conroe RV & Camping Resort / Thousand Trails, Willis, Texas

Date of Stay: November, 2018 - $1.00
Overall Rating:

We were there about 3 weeks in Nov 2018 and found this park to be one of the best, well-maintained, Thousand Trails RV Parks of any we've stayed since becoming members in 2014. They have a huge, wonderful clubhouse full of activities, including a kitchen where you can order "fast" food anytime. Inside the clubhouse is a separate exercise room with a lot of different equipment. There are beautiful, clean, restrooms as well. RV spots are quite spacious, almost to the point they seem to have it's own yard around them. Streets are wide. Our spot was surrounded by Fescue grass, no less!! Our dog sure loved it! They also have a large off-leash area for dogs too, which I always appreciate! Of course they have all the other amenities as well: pool, spa etc. Oct & Nov is a great time to visit... no humidity! Campground is on Lake Conroe with a boat dock & rentals are available! Within short distances to various shopping areas while you are definitely in the country. Beautiful area! Remember East Texas has beautiful pastures and lots of trees, not desert! We camped at Lake Conroe RV & Camping Resort / Thousand Trails in a Motorhome.

Stagecoach Stop RV Resort, Rio Rancho, New Mexico

Date of Stay: July, 2018 - $1.00
Overall Rating:

Very clean and the management will find a place for you when you need it and worked with us for storage when we had to leave town for 10 days; also let us use their refrigerator/freezer in lodge upstairs while we had our rig in storage. Has a small dog park separated for large and small dogs if you want to separate them. Nice spots with grass in some. Shade trees thru-out. Tow cars have easy side areas to park.Definitely will go back there. Great park with favorite stores across blvd. We camped at Stagecoach Stop RV Resort in a Motorhome.

42' tag axle; very accommodating mgmt when asking for grassy area with shade tree both times we were there; once for 3 days & once for 2 days. Clean with picnic table and tow vehicle on side.
