We were pleasantly surprised by this park after reading reviews on other sites. We enjoyed our stay with full hook up service even though it was 30amp only. You drive around, pick your site then notify staff. We stayed off season and while most of the outer loop are annuals, most were not there until the weekend. Bathrooms were clean & well managed. Sites are large gravel pads with concrete patio, spacious & easy to back into. The pool is very nice, but was closed for season. The beach/rec area looked amazing & well maintained. Good Wifi if you park near restrooms or townhall. Rec Room (Town Hall) has free pool table, air hockey, ping pong, & indoor bowling as well as a fitness center with locker rooms with showers and 2 racquetball courts. The arts director, Karen, is AMAZING!! She is the GREATEST art lady we've had yet at a TT park. The whole ranger staff were friendly and very helpful. There is plenty to explore in this area since it is in the middle of the Natchez Trace Parkway and just minutes away from the Meriwether Lewis Monument. We stayed for 2 weeks in a Fifth Wheel with 2 kids.
**As mentioned in the other review there is a VERY LOW (11') bridge to drive under less than a mile from the entrance. However, they have dug out 5-6 feet of ground off the left side of road under the bridge for RV's to pass safely under. It looks deceiving but at 13'4" we made it with ample clearance above our A/C units. We camped at Natchez Trace Thousand Trails NACO in a Fifth Wheel.
Natchez Trace Parkway, Meriwether Lewis Monument, waterfalls & many scenic places on the parkway are not to be missed.
Grocery shopping was ample in Hohenwald however we loved Columbia for groceries. Also, if you need medical services go to Columbia as well.

Park is very clean. Road noise not an issue if in a daily or weekly spot. Only concern were people driving well beyond the post speed limit in park. We camped at Twin Fountains RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.
The American Pigeon Museum & Library is a minute away. It's FREE and a hidden gem in the area that is only open Friday & Saturday all year.
