East Shore RV Park, San Dimas, California

Date of Stay: May, 2015 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

No wifi...not even a paid option. We stayed in a nice space in A loop, but it was near the trash cans (55g drums) so by day 2 we had an ant infestation. They offered us alternative sites in the F loop down by the lake, but the spaces were small and the neighborhood was a bit sketchy compared to loop A so we stayed up on the hill and battled the ants. It looks like about 40% of the spaces are long-term residents. Most keep their lots nice. Some...not so much. We camped at East Shore RV Park in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

You can't swim in the lake. E and F loops are very tight and mostly full time residents...not very nice neighborhood, but I assume the price is less too. The inner legs of A and B are also VERY night and look like mostly long-term residents. (Where A and B are almost touching)

Anaheim RV Park, Anaheim, California

Date of Stay: May, 2015 - $73.00
Overall Rating:

Best option for RV parking near Disneyland. Close to I-5 and other highways. WiFi via TengoInternet only worked for a half hour the first night. There is zero security or fence on the North side of the park by the street side. The area appears to be fairly safe, but someone could walk right through the park and grab your stuff if you leave it out. We camped at Anaheim RV Park in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

ART bus picks up at the park near the office to haul you to Disney. Parking at Disney for $17/day may be a better overall mix of cost and convenience.
