Lakeside Casino & RV Park , Pahrump, Nevada

Date of Stay: January, 2015 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

Nice clean attractive setting, a nice man made lake in the middle. The lake makes for a nice dog walk, dog bags are provided around the lake. All the RV sites are well spread out around the lake, so the sites are fairly large, so there is plenty of room for the largest of motor homes or 5th wheels with slide outs, and a tow car. The nicest park in the area, also get their players card and the rates are very reasonable. We camped at Lakeside Casino & RV Park in a Motorhome.

Furnace Creek Resort RV Park (Concessionaire Operated), Death Valley National Park, California

Date of Stay: December, 2014 - $37.00
Overall Rating:

The RV park could use some maintence, there is only 1 shower area which is part of the pool area, which is a bit removed from the RV park. There are only 2 RV parks in Death Valley with hook ups, this one and a few limited spots at Stove Pipe Wells. The location is great, you're in the middle of Death Valley. This is a combination hotel and RV park, there is a store with general merchandise. The prices are rather outrageous; a 12 pack of Bud Light cost $24.00 the most I have ever paid. We camped at Furnace Creek Resort RV Park (Concessionaire Operated) in a Motorhome.
