Magnolia Springs RV Hideaway & Golf Resort, Foley, Alabama

Date of Stay: April, 2018 - $13.00
Overall Rating:

We were on a monthly rate, I do not know the daily rate. We spent 4 months here, winter of 2017/18. Gaylynn, the park Manager is excellent...listens to guests and acts appropriately. No real planned activities. They have tried, but not many people participate. They are building 70 new sites in what used to be the golf course. They may get more participants then. We camped at Magnolia Springs RV Hideaway & Golf Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Henry Horton State Park, Chapel Hill, Tennessee

Date of Stay: August, 2015 - $15.00
Overall Rating:

We have stayed here several times and have always enjoyed it. RV park is nice, water and electricity only. They have a dump station. Good Wifi. Many trees, could not get our satellite dish set up in our site #5. Site is one of 3 pull thru's, it is very long, but up hill, so our 37 ft 5th wheel was set up on the low side. Worked out fine. Nice tables and firepits. The camping area has a playground, volleyball net in a sand pit, camp store. The rest of the state park has a golf course, picnic areas, restaurant, hotel, canoeing on River, trails to hike. We enjoy it! We camped at Henry Horton State Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Great basic park! Full RV hookups, mostly pull-throughs, tent sites, cabins. Small playground. We only needed a place to park as we toured the area, good central location. Very neat clean, grass and gravel sites. All kept mowed neatly. Managers are very nice and accommodating. We camped at TeePee Campground & RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Turah RV Park, Clinton, Montana

Date of Stay: May, 2015 - $33.00
Overall Rating:

We stayed 6 weeks, paid 100.00 a week, plus electric, and you have to take care of your site. Water, mow, weed eat. Nice park, lots of flowers! Has a gas station, and a very well stocked store. Across the street is river access with boat ramp on the Clark Fork River. Sites are too close, but we would still return. Very quiet park, nice playground and dog area too. We camped at Turah RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Bearmouth Chalet RV Park , Clinton, Montana

Date of Stay: May, 2015 - $28.00
Overall Rating:

Arrived in late afternoon, almost out of diesel fuel...owner lent us a gas can in case we could not make it to gas station. Great people! Very pretty park right on the river! Highway noise and no sewer were only downsides. Highly recommend the park. We camped at Bearmouth Chalet RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Nice park, clean, flowers, nice laundry room. No real dog walk area, but it worked out ok. We would stay again, but would probably consider going to the RV park by the lake that has FHU. We camped at Canyon Trail RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Park is nice. No fancy amenities, but that is not needed at the Grand Canyon! We were there 3 nights. Easy to get around and trials to take hikes with the dogs. Would definitely stay again, and definitely recommend. We camped at Trailer Village (Concessionnaire Operated) in a Fifth Wheel.

Shady Acres RV Park & Campground, Green River, Utah

Date of Stay: April, 2015 - $36.00
Overall Rating:

We stayed for a week and enjoyed the area. Not a fancy park, but had all the necessities. Sites are a little close when you both have slides. Enjoyed the nice dog park, and the laundry. Park was not full, so think that was definitely an advantage. We would stay again. We camped at Shady Acres RV Park & Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Quail Run RV Resort, Arizona City, Arizona

Date of Stay: January, 2015 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

Only monthly rates, 55 + park. Very dusty, needs more rock put down. Typical site size for AZ. Has pretty good amenities, and activities. Manager seems to have too much on her plate, can be nice and then rude in an instant. Park really needs updating in many different areas. We camped at Quail Run RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Very tight spaces. We were there in October2014, so off season. Not very busy, so it was ok. Road to get to from town was awful. If we were going back I would look at other options. We camped at Rainbow Lake RV & Resort in a Fifth Wheel.
