Wahweap RV and Campground, Page, Arizona

Date of Stay: March, 2019 - $47.00
Overall Rating:

Park does not accept reservations for specific spaces, and yet with less than 50% occupancy insists on placing campers right next to each other. Pull through sites are very small, and crowded. The bathrooms are not clean, the showers are only at the main office building which is some distance from many sites, and for the price charged this is not worth it. We will not be back. We camped at Wahweap RV and Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Beacon 44 RV Park, Port O'Connor, Texas

Date of Stay: January, 2015 - $15.00
Overall Rating:

Being newly retired, and new to snowbirding, we had an idea about what we wanted to find in a place to winter, but weren't sure such a place existed. We like off the beaten path, and were drawn to Port O'Connor for that reason. Beacon 44 RV Park fits the bill for us and is a great place, with great owners and residents. Everybody is friendly, and the small intimate setting lends itself to a sense of family. It has a nice small town feel to it, and that is exactly what we were hoping for. The sites are concrete, the grounds are neat and well taken care of. Lots of great amenities and activities. We camped at Beacon 44 RV Park in a Truck Camper.

Sea Breeze RV Park, Portland, Texas

Date of Stay: January, 2015 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

Nice setting. Very helpful office. Nice setting on bay. Good fishing. Nice friendly people. Mix of RVers and full time workers. Sites in back a little crowded, but seems workable. Roads and sites were dirt, and after much rain, there was water and mud everywhere. Really does need some gravel at very least. We camped at Sea Breeze RV Park in a Truck Camper.
