Pine Ridge Campground, Roebuck, South Carolina

Date of Stay: June, 2016 - $34.00
Overall Rating:

The road out front was under construction so that made for some difficulty but the owner was kind enough to call and let us know the best way to get in. Yes the road in is a little steep, but nothing I haven't seen before. Owners were very friendly and were happy to share things to do in the area. We used the pool a couple of times; 8 ft. which was something you don't see often which I really liked. The restrooms were clean and showers were large. We stayed for a week in a fifth wheel and spent one more night on our way back through from Charleston; would definitely stay here again if in the area. We camped at Pine Ridge Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Leisure Acres Campground, Inc, Cleveland, Georgia

Date of Stay: May, 2016 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

Park was easy to access and convenient to the surrounding area. We were here to see the trail head for the Appalachian Trail. We seemed fortunate to have a very easy, lengthy back-in site as some of the sites looked tough to get into. WiFi was nonexistent but sometimes that's to be expected in remote locations and it is good to go without once in awhile! The park was clean and well kept with the monthlies separated from the short timers. We would stay here again if in the area. We camped at Leisure Acres Campground, Inc in a Fifth Wheel.

Scenic Mountain RV Park & Campground, Milledgeville, Georgia

Date of Stay: May, 2016 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

Stayed here 2 nights. Entry to the park is somewhat awkward off the highway, but once in the park maneuvering was easy. We were in one of not many pull-through sites and it was very nice up on the hill. We would stay here again. We camped at Scenic Mountain RV Park & Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Coastal Georgia RV Resort, Brunswick, Georgia

Date of Stay: May, 2016 - $38.00
Overall Rating:

This is an outstanding park when visiting Jekyll and St. Simons Islands. The sites are large and separated by a hedgerow, concrete and level. We were in a site which was conveniently located right next to the pool and restrooms. The park was spotlessly clean with only one exception; the showers. The restrooms couldn't be nicer, but they need to get someone to clean the showers; all was perfect until you actually stepped into the shower. We would definitely stay here again if in the area. We camped at Coastal Georgia RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Flamingo Lake RV Resort, Jacksonville, Florida

Date of Stay: May, 2016 - $50.00
Overall Rating:

Large campground on a lake with many, many full time residents. WiFi does not exist here...they claim to have it but I could not get on in the four days we were here. The lake looked nice but we did not utilize the beaches or the restaurant. If you like dust, this is the place for you. We had a pull-through under the power lines next to a main road and our rig was coated with a layer of dust when we left. Magnesium chloride on at least the main dirt road would be a huge help; seemed like there were more employees in golf carts raising dust than rigs driving by. I would not stay here again. We camped at Flamingo Lake RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Lake City RV Resort (formerly Oaks "N" Pines), Lake City, Florida

Date of Stay: May, 2016 - $31.00
Overall Rating:

Large pull through sites. Not busy so plenty of space. It appears to be a great spot for one nighters coming through. We stayed a week to have some work done on our RV at Camping World. Clubhouse and restrooms are conveniently located and very clean. Free coffee and cookies each morning. Road is a little narrow and a little rough but access was easy. Highway noise is there if things like that bother you. I would definitely stay here again. We camped at Lake City RV Resort (formerly Oaks "N" Pines) in a Fifth Wheel.

All About Relaxing RV Park, Theodore, Alabama

Date of Stay: May, 2016 - $39.00
Overall Rating:

The owners are the most gracious hosts and are always available for any problem. The park is relatively new and is laid out well with easy access to all sites. The facilities - laundry room, restrooms, pool and sitting areas were well attended to and clean beyond any facilities I've seen. We utilized the park to commute to RTJ Golf Trail Magnolia Grove for a tournament which was a short 20 minute drive. We stayed a week and will be back if in the Mobile area again. We camped at All About Relaxing RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.
