Verde River RV Resort & Cottages , Camp Verde, Arizona

Date of Stay: September, 2015 - $10.00
Overall Rating:

This was our first time in this park. I do realize that the park was just sold, and they do have big plans to upgrade the park. We will stay here again. Very friendly staff, grounds are well kept, very little leveling required. Just a safe and comfortable feeling. We camped here in our motorhome. We camped at Verde River RV Resort & Cottages in a Motorhome.

Meteor Crater RV Park, Winslow, Arizona

Date of Stay: September, 2015 - $67.00
Overall Rating:

Nice wide pull thru sites, extremely well kept park. Nice fenced dog run that out two dogs just love. Plenty of trees to help with shade. The gate is narrow, but just pay attention and it is no problem. The store offers a discount for gas and coupons for the crater. The store staff was so funny and told us about everything that there was in the area. We will stay here when in the area again. We camped at Meteor Crater RV Park in a Motorhome.

Limon KOA, Limon, Colorado

Date of Stay: September, 2015 - $41.00
Overall Rating:

Typicial older KOA park. But clean and the building is well maintained. Wifi worked good, first park I have been in where you have to pay for wifi. The cable was a bit snowy on most of the channels. Use your water regulator, very high water pressure. Nice dog area and everyone seems to clean up after the dogs. Level sites and no need to level. Good for an overnight stay. We camped at Limon KOA in a Motorhome.

Cabela's RV Park & Campground, Sidney, Nebraska

Date of Stay: September, 2015 - $31.00
Overall Rating:

The office number that we were trying to call and change our reservation does not work anymore. The store number is not what 411 tells you it is. The service was terrible at best. The person in charge at the store had a careless attitude. The internet did not work and had not worked for a very long time and they do not seem to care. There is plenty of room to walk you dogs....but no one picks up their own dog crap, it is all over the place. Be careful where you walk. The sprinkler have been run over and there are deep holes where the should be. Someone is going to break an ankle. The cable does not work well, all snowy. We stayed for 2 nights in a motorhome. Close to the interstate with not a lot of noise. Good for an overnight only. We camped at Cabela's RV Park & Campground in a Motorhome.

Rushmore Shadows RV Resort, Rapid City, South Dakota

Date of Stay: September, 2015 - $10.00
Overall Rating:

The resort is very well maintained, clean, and very beautiful. The staff is always pleasant for the most part. Some of the office staff have no idea what the sites even look like so you need to be careful when you pull into your site. Look at it first. And as usual this is a member park and Coast to Coast is always put some where that is not the best. Member's do look down at CC people. Little do they realize.....the park is paid just as much for CC as they get from their members. WIFI does not work on the lower sites, but the phone reception is good. Some members do NOT clean up after their own pets and leave it up to the maintenance people....NOT FAIR. clean up after you own pet. We camped at Rushmore Shadows RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Sunset Lakes RV Resort, Hillsdale, Illinois

Date of Stay: August, 2015 - $1.00
Overall Rating:

Thank god for Coast to Coast or we would not have stayed here for $72 a night. Nothing here worth that much money. The grounds are very well kept but the staff can not keep up with the trash that some day use people leave behind. The internet is fair at best even in the Plaza where they day the have free internet. If you can get connected you are doing good. The sites are narrow with a grassy area in between you and the other campers. The lake is pretty if you look past the over growth of algae that is growing on all of the ponds and the large lake. We were in a 31 ft motor home with a 20 ft tow, the site was very large and could handle us. Nice park but if it was not for Coast to Coast I would not stay here. We camped at Sunset Lakes RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Grandview Bend Family Campground, Howe, Indiana

Date of Stay: August, 2015 - $1.00
Overall Rating:

When we made this reservation they told us that we might have to have two sites because of the length of the RV and tow. But when we arrived the sites that they have blocked off for Coast to Coast are on the as you drive in and can take a 45 foot with a tow. Some of them are on a slight hill so choose wisely and you will not have a problem. The ground are very well kept, they have a play ground for the kids....mini golf....pool and a kiddy pool. Tennis court and basketball area. The people that run the park are very friendly and helpful. They also accept Coast to Coast points, so the cost to us was zero. We camped at Grandview Bend Family Campground in a Motorhome.

Gettysburg Battlefield Resort (Travel Resorts of America), Gettysburg, Pennsylvania

Date of Stay: August, 2015 - $10.00
Overall Rating:

The park was a very nice place to stay. The employees that work there are so friendly and knowledgeable about the surrounding area. We stayed for three nights on trip points from Coast to Coast. When in Pa we will stay there again. It is one mile to the Battlefield and the trolly ride is free to the battlefield. We camped at Gettysburg Battlefield Resort (Travel Resorts of America) in a Motorhome.

Merry Meadows Recreation Farm (formerly Morris Meadows), Freeland, Maryland

Date of Stay: May, 2015 - $45.00
Overall Rating:

Park was very quiet. The terraced lots were very nice; however, being forced to pay extra for a lot that had a deck and a pick-nic table when we did not need one and being told there was no sites without decks available for us was a lie. There are sites available that have no decks. there was too many rules that were all No This, No That, etc. Get over it people. The best part of the whole stay was the nice even long pull throughs. I must say the lawn needed to be mowed. I only saw one employee down here at the end of the park where we were during a two day stay. The lady at the office was a bit rude when she made it clear she closed the office straight up 5:00pm. arriving late due to traffic tie ups we called her she said our pass would be in the mailbox..... awwww wasn't that nice. other people in the park were not very friendly. Getting here was a bit of a trick with all the hills and rough to handle curves with a 31 ft RV and a 20 ft trailer in tow. And the deposits for everything ...come on Stop trying to nickel and dime everyone. To charge a guest to come visit me while I'm in town is not good! I will not be back in this park, nor will I recomend it to my traveling friends!!!!! We camped at Merry Meadows Recreation Farm (formerly Morris Meadows) in a Motorhome.

Holiday Trav-L-Park, Virginia Beach, Virginia

Date of Stay: May, 2015 - $37.00
Overall Rating:

When we arrived at the campground we were treated like a number and not a person. The directions that they give you to get to your campsite are less than terrible. A park of this size should escort you to your site. The rest rooms that were near our site were locked the entire weekend. They had some kind of wine tasting and the campground was full of drunks. They were loud, rude, and had no respect for other campers. They rented golf carts that they let their children drive, pop wheelies because they had too many people on the cart. People were allowed to burn fires, but there were no fire rings on any site. They just started a fire right in the open and let it burn. This seems to be a party park more than anything else, loud people and louder dogs. When we tried to call the office to complain no one and I mean NO ONE answered the phone. When I went to the office there were people in the office waiting for an employee to show up. She did come from the back area and was not helpful at all. I will not be back to this park and will not recommend that any people that I know use this campground. We camped at Holiday Trav-L-Park in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

This was our first time at this park and it is a very well kept park. The rest rooms and shower rooms are very clean, the lawns are mowed and the whole area is just a must do see. The nature walk I thought was the best I have seen in a long time. The bird watching is fantastic. We camped at Flanners Beach Campground in a Motorhome.

Country Court RV Park, Anniston, Alabama

Date of Stay: May, 2015 - $27.00
Overall Rating:

This is one of the cleanest, most well kept campgrounds I have been in so far this year. The grounds are so well kept, and the owner/manager is the most friendly person we have come in contact with. He escorts you to your site, makes sure that you are all set up, brings a cable tv box to you. You can tell that this man is so very proud of the property that he owns just by talking with him. I will stay here again any time I am in Alabama. We camped at Country Court RV Park in a Motorhome.

Wendy Oaks RV Park, Florence, Mississippi

Date of Stay: April, 2015 - $24.00
Overall Rating:

We stayed for a total of three nights. The bathrooms and showers are old with concrete floors that are dirty and have a very bad odor. The laundry room is not in any better shape. It appears that the restrooms and laundry room have really not been cleaned in a very long time. The manager and all the staff that we met were very friendly and polite. The rest of the grounds were kept in very clean and clear of any debris, and the lawns were mowed and looked very nice. We camped at Wendy Oaks RV Park in a Motorhome.
