An older park that is in the process of some major renovations. This includes a whole new section of sites, replacing gravel pads with concrete, paving interior roads, putting down new sod, planting trees and adding a beautiful new swimming pool. Some of these renovations has happened already, and some are in the process. Big piles of dirt and gravel around the park attest to work underway. The front of the park is within about 100-ft (maybe less) of busy Hwy 231. So the further toward the back of the park you can get a site, the quieter it'll be. We just overnighted on our way to Arizona for the winter, so didn't get a chance to check out all the functioning amenities. But interior roads are easy to navigate, hook-up pedestals are in the right place, and front office staff were friendly (check-in was quick and easy). Water pressure was good and the newly planted trees didn't interfere with satellite reception. It undoubtedly will be a lovely park when all the renovations are completed. We'd stay here again. We camped at Cherry Blossom RV and Mobile Home Park (formerly Pecan Point RV Park) in a Fifth Wheel.

The park is undergoing a lot of upgrades and planting new trees, grass, etc. The pool is not yet open. You can see there has been a lot of thought put into the planting and updates. The Leland Cypress trees will help with road noise. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good interior roads, recently paves. Concrete pads and patio, with picnic table and grill. Nice long pull though sites. Didn't have to unhitch toad. Wifi was very slow, switched to Verizon and used phone as hotspot. Very good utilities. Would stay here again for sure! We camped at Cherry Blossom RV and Mobile Home Park (formerly Pecan Point RV Park) in a Motorhome.

We were promptly greeted and sent to our site. Very nice lady. Park is expanding. Adding 45 sites and a pool. Very few mobile homes left since they are converting to RV park only. We camped at Cherry Blossom RV and Mobile Home Park (formerly Pecan Point RV Park) in a Motorhome.

Pulling in was a bit tight as 3 of us did at the same time, however front office was very accommodating and friendly. Was only an overnight, but the large pull thru site up front was great... Free wifi and cable worked well, good water pressure and easy utilities. Some others have complained about road noise but being a sound sleeper I did not even notice. We camped at Cherry Blossom RV and Mobile Home Park (formerly Pecan Point RV Park) in a Motorhome.

Much of this campground appears to be well maintained permanent residents. The transient/overnighters are assigned toward the front (satellite friendly!) and the long pull-throughs are in a row very close to the highway, Rte 231. This is a busy road, all night, and even those of us used to some traffic noise in campgrounds, this noise is pronounced. Earplugs recommended. Otherwise a clean, friendly and efficiently-run campground right on the highway for easy in and out. We camped at Cherry Blossom RV and Mobile Home Park (formerly Pecan Point RV Park) in a Motorhome.

We had a long level pull through with plenty of space for the tow. Full hook ups with cable. Cable worked well and WiFi was better than most. Lots of permanent residents but it is an RV and MH park. Well maintained. Looked like the pull through sites up front by the road were for the overnighters. The road noise didn't bother us. We use earplugs at night if it's loud. Plenty of grass for walking the dog. Would would stay again if passing through. We camped at Cherry Blossom RV and Mobile Home Park (formerly Pecan Point RV Park) in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

Nice pull throughs and very accommodating when I asked to arrive a day early. Older park, with mobile homes and RVs mixed, some older, some newer, but park is generally well maintained. Very, very buggy though, made walking the dog difficult. New owners no longer accept Passport America discount card, but do offer discounts for Good Sam and military. The dog park section is no longer dedicated to dog walking and is now home to 10 additional pull through sites. Be careful about which site you accept - one half of the front sites are angled out to the nearby road, facing in the SOUTHbound direction. We had to make a U-turn on a 4-lane highway in order to head north. The sites on the other side of the office allow for a direct shot across the highway instead. We camped at Cherry Blossom RV and Mobile Home Park (formerly Pecan Point RV Park) in a Motorhome.

Called after hours and connected with a friendly staff person who helped me immediately. This park is gem! While mostly permanent residents live here, it felt like a community and everyone was kind and helpful. We stayed on site 611, a long pull through had fresh gravel. Level was good front to back, but out side to side a little. Not enough that I used leveling blocks. Wifi was very good and fast. All utilities were new and worked well. The laundry and restrooms were extremely clean. Access to the RV park is good, but the highway is busy and it might take a few minutes to turn in or out. They are trying to get the city to allow a turn lane, but nothing yet. I would definitely stay here again. This is primarily a Mobile Home park with sites available for short term RV Parking. The facilities were basic and worked as it should. The staff was very nice and helpful. WiFi was continuously disconnected but worked. The park was clean and quiet even though my site was near the highway. The location was easily accessible. This is mostly a Mobile Home and long term RV park. Having said that it is very quiet and well groomed. In process of upgrades in short term spots. Ours had new stone and was very level. Visit relatives here each year and will stay here again. We camped at Cherry Blossom RV and Mobile Home Park (formerly Pecan Point RV Park) in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

I simply cannot give this park the rating that other users have given it. Granted, it was a cold, rainy and dreary day that we spent for an overnight stay. It had rained and there was mud everywhere. The turn was very tight coming in and we had to run through the mud to get into a gravel pad that was way too short for our motorhome and toad. There was a grassy area in front of the pad but we were afraid we would get stuck if we parked there. The site was fairly level. Check in was smooth and the lady was very nice considering it was New Years Eve. Very expensive place to stay even with Good Sam discount. This might be an ok place to stay if you are in a fifth wheel or travel trailer but not a large motorhome. We camped at Cherry Blossom RV and Mobile Home Park (formerly Pecan Point RV Park) in a Motorhome.

We were only going to stay one night but had truck problems and stayed two nights. We had a good level, gravel site with good water pressure and voltage. Easy to get a satellite signal so we were good. As others have said it is mostly long termers/permanents but they were no issue. There were no junky rigs and park was well kept up. We would stay hers again if in the area. We camped at Cherry Blossom RV and Mobile Home Park (formerly Pecan Point RV Park) in a Fifth Wheel.

Easy access off 231, nice, wide grassy sure with concrete table pad. Interior roads paved, with speed bumps. Friendly staff with easy reservations and check in processes. Park is mostly shady, but transient pull throughs are close to highway and sunny. Permanent residents were mixture of people, ages and occupations, but all were friendly.
