This is one of the best RV resorts we've been to. They only allow class A motorhomes so if you have one and want to be only 10 miles from the beaches of Gulf Shores and Orange Beach, this, by far, is the best resort to book. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to address your needs. I highly recommend this magnificent resort! We camped at Bella Terra RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Decided to stay here again. Last stayed in June 2018. The RV park continues to be one of the best in the country. The landscaping is very good. Plenty of wildlife to view such as ducks, rabbits and birds. The facility is well kept, however it is still not built out. Several of the amenities have not been built yet. The clubhouse is very nice with a terrific zero entry infinity pool. When I travel back to the Alabama Gulf Shores area, Bella Terra will be where I want to stay. Each site has options selected by the owner. Ask detailed questions to know what you will have when you get there. Wi-Fi - good signal; T-Mobile - 4 of 4 bars; Electric - no issues; Water - no issues; Sewer - no issues; Satellite - no issues. Foley continues to grow. New Publix and other stores being built and should be open in spring 2019. We camped at Bella Terra RV Resort in a Motorhome.

We wanted to experience a motorhome resort and Bella Terra was our choice. This is an owner park, with some sites rented through a rental program. There are options of back-in, pull thru, and/or water view. Each site is landscaped to the owner specifications with some being more elaborate than others. We enjoyed our stay and used the opportunity to get our motorhome washed & waxed while we were on a cement pad. Although we understood, we were somewhat disappointed by the list of rules. The main one that impacted us was not being able to keep our tow dolly on the site so needed to unhook and move it to their overflow parking. Part of the reason we book pull thrus is so we can keep it attached. We camped at Bella Terra RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Open 10 years now, this is an older resort; but some lots are undeveloped and streets are still unfinished. Staff is good but no dedicated activities director. Landscaping in most cases is good but needs some maintenance. Areas adjacent are undeveloped but being developed and this 'gated resort' is unfenced and the gates are seemingly always broken so really its unsecured. We camped at Bella Terra RV Resort in a Motorhome.

We have stayed at Bella Terra several times as we have friends in Gulf Shores and this is a wonderful resort in which to stay. It is a bit of an easy drive from I-10 but the campground is clean and well maintained with roads that are paved, wide, and easy to navigate. We drive a 45 foot motorhome and easily navigate the park. Sites are paved and many have various amenities depending on the owner. Utilities are mid site and work well, sewer a bit to the back. Club house and pool very nice, they have a great work-out room. Good Sat and OTA reception, we usually use our hot spot for wi-fi. We will return when next in the area. We camped at Bella Terra RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Easy to see why this is one of the best RV parks in the country. The landscaping is very good and the office staff is eager to please. We even had packages sent to us during our stay. The staff also suggested other price options that could save us money without even asking. Plenty of wildlife to view such as ducks, rabbits and birds. The facility is well kept however it is still not built out. Several of the amenities have not been built yet. The clubhouse is very nice with a terrific zero entry infinity pool. Since I work from my RV, WiFi is very important to me and not only was there a good WiFi signal, the speeds of the WiFi were the best compared to any other RV park I stayed at in the past. When I travel back to the Alabama Gulf Shores area, Bella Terra will be where I want to stay. Each site has options selected by the owner. Ask detailed questions to know what you will have when you get there. We camped at Bella Terra RV Resort in a Motorhome.

As others have stated this is a beautiful, well maintained park. We have stayed here many times over the years. You choose the type of site you would like and that is based on price. Very few have any shade. Sites are wide enough for your slides and movement around on the pavers. No towels or wet bathing suits are permitted to dry outside. The last few summers we have had 2 of our grandchildren with us; they love the infinity pool. The last few years we have experienced several adults that like to spend their happy hour in the pool including their food choices such as shrimp cocktail. I've seen adults rinse their beer cans in the pool and find it quite funny. Our ten year old granddaughter chose not to go in the pool one afternoon because the men were already in there drinking. I think a good compromise might be for the park to have adult hours for a few hours in the evening; although I personally believe any beverages - alcoholic and non-alcoholic - should be consumed outside of the pool. We camped at Bella Terra RV Resort in a Motorhome.

We stayed a week including Memorial Day weekend. It is every bit as nice as everyone says it is. Very accommodating staff. They had several activities including some light meals, a beer and wine happy hour with a talented guitar duo, coffee and pastries and Sunday morning bloody marys, all at no charge. Very large concrete pads with plenty of space between them. Great place for dogs - 2 large and grassy dog parks. Plus just walking around the park is very nice. Cable and wifi both worked very well for us. They pick-up trash at your site each day. My only complaint is that they don't offer any recycling. If they had a recycling bin back where the dumpster is I bet a lot of people would use it. I hate throwing away things that should be recycled and know lots of people that feel that way. We hope to stay here again. We camped at Bella Terra RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Big Beach Brewery had some very tasty beer and a pleasant atmosphere.

This is a beautiful all motor coach resort that is well spaced and beautifully landscaped. Some lots are owned and rented out. This is the fourth time we've camped here and find the owners to be very friendly. We had no problems with the wifi. Our site was north facing with a view of the lake and clubhouse and had a screened gazebo. The clubhouse and pool are beautiful. They have activities where everyone is welcome and there are two nice dog parks. We camped at Bella Terra RV Resort in a Motorhome.

A big THANK YOU to the employee who helped us on April 12th when we had a tire problem shortly after leaving Bella Terra. She was driving to work and pulled over to assist us as we changed a flat tire on our tow vehicle. She recommended two tire shops, and suggested that we park our RV back at our site while we sorted out the tow's tire issue. When it became apparent that we needed to stay the night, she arranged for us to keep the same site. This is WAY ABOVE normal RV resort service!!
While this is a high end park that only allows class A motorhomes, we found the other visitors and all the staff to be friendly and super helpful. Ask for a north facing nose in site on the lake. We

Bella Terra is about 30 minutes south of I-10 via the Baldwin Beach and Foley Beach Expressways. The roads into and around the Resort are paved and wide while the sites are concrete and roomy. We drive a 45 ft motorhome and navigated the resort without difficulty with car on and off. We have stayed at Bella Terra several times and this visit was equally enjoyable. We had a pull through site which was level, and adequate in length with space for parking the car. Utilities are to the rear of the site with sewer more toward the middle. All worked well with adequate water pressure and power. Office staff are friendly and helpful both on the phone and in person. The club house is lovely as is the pool and hot tub. There is a sauna in the club house as well. There are two enclosed dog parks which were clean. WiFi was slow so I switched to my Verizon hotspot for a better connection, although that was a bit slow as well. We stayed for a week and the nightly rate reflects that rate. We will certainly be back in the future. We camped at Bella Terra RV Resort in a Motorhome.

If you miss Foley Beach Expressway off hiway 59 & continue S on 59, you can't turn E on Brink-Willis Rd (closed for repairs). Instead turn E on hiway 12, just past Jeep dealer, & go E until you reach Expressway, and turn S. If you miss hiway 12, keep going S on 59 until you get to the Publix market on your left, & turn E on route 4, and continue to end & it will turn onto the Expressway& you can turn N toward Bella Terra. This will keep you off James road (dirt).
