Best in Class Resort and Marina. First class in every way. Great location, right on the water (not the Gulf). Concrete pavers, outdoor kitchens and covered patios. Landscaping is over the top wonderful. Can't express how delightful our stay was here. We stayed on Lot 70 which provided shade, privacy and one of the largest outdoor areas in the resort. It's centrally located and even had a 2 person swing, ice maker and larger TV with a sound system. Full Dish Network Available as well as Good Internet. Allows Coach washing and services available in the Resort through private vendors. We camped at Heritage Motor Coach Resort & Marina in a Motorhome.

A lovely private park that only allows class A motorhomes. Good location. We stayed in 12A and had access to the private enclosed patio area with TV, nice furniture, gas BBQ'r and great area for small pet. Beautiful views of the bay. We enjoyed our 5 night stay there. Quiet. Wharf was nice but we enjoyed the gulf beach bar and the tiki club. Flippers restaurant was tasty. State park isn't far. Orange beach is centrally located between gulf shores and Florida.

We could only stay for 2 nights due to our schedule, but I wish it were much longer. This is a gorgeous class A ownership park with many sites available for rental, and the owners get it, renters are a good thing!! Wonderfully landscaped and maintained on a gorgeous, private gulf beach that is clean, quiet and totally relaxing. Extremely friendly staff and ownership. This is really nice part of the country. Allow yourself time to explore and get to know the locals. You will LOVE them!! We camped at Heritage Motor Coach Resort & Marina in a Motorhome.

An awesome private owner owned park. 79 owner sites bit many available for rental. Place is somewhat obscure to find off the highway but once in, this place is a superb, secluded and well maintained very high end park. It has marina slips for boats and a nice owner clubhouse and is a very cozy park with super friendly people. The old heritage oak trees have times of the year they constantly drop acorns which could be an issue on slides for some motorhomes but the sites really are well done and this park is nice and quiet. We would definitely stay here again. We camped at Heritage Motor Coach Resort & Marina in a Motorhome.

We loved - loved this park!!! It was our first time to stay! This park was one of the cleanest we have had the pleasure to stay in since we have been traveling. It is located on the bay in Orange Beach Ala. We fished off the pier and marina on site. We rented a slip on site for our pontoon boat and swam in the pool located on the bay everyday. We loved the large pads with all the hugh oak trees and beautiful water views. The staff on site was friendly and very helpful. We will return this fall for SEC football. Ouch. We left after one day. Horribly overpriced and cliquish community. We felt more comfortable at a swanky RV Resort right on the beach down the road so stayed for the rest of our time over there. The resort was very clean and the staff seemed nice enough, but cliquish beyond belief (would it hurt someone as an owner to say hi or give a friendly wave?). The amenities are showing a bit of age. The lots were tight and packed in with small casitas on the lots; basically sheds right up against the coach. Not sure my husband and I will return next season. We stayed for five days in Site 06, which is a bit larger than other sites. It is considered a "value" site with a lower daily rate. Roads are wide and access to the site was easy. We were unable to use our awning due to the location of the coach house. We did not have access to the coach house but had patio furniture in the backyard of the site. There were very few other guests in the resort while we were there and it was quiet and peaceful. WiFi and facilities worked well and office staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our time and would return again. We camped at Heritage Motor Coach Resort & Marina in a Motorhome.

This resort sits on a beautiful spot on Bayou St. Jean. Many people have boats, which have direct access to the ocean. The sites would be large if there were not coach homes that take up half of the lot. They are wonderful for the owners, but renters rent the lot, not the amenities. We do have a 42 ft. motorhome and could get our slides out with some jockeying. No way to use our awning and we felt as if we were intruding on our neighbors when they were having nightly parties in their coach home/patio. We had a superior water view, lot 61. Grounds were immaculate.Very nice spot to spend a few days (4 nights) but not many members/renters around so I'm sure our experience was less full than others would have when more people are around. We had no access to the fitness room. The pool is beautiful but is a standing pool - no swimming room at all. Only about 20 ft. square. Grounds were immaculate. Much care is taken to keep them that way. We camped at Heritage Motor Coach Resort & Marina in a Motorhome.

This park is very pretty, beautifully landscaped, shaded and extremely well maintained. HOWEVER it is GROSSLY overpriced even at off season rates. We don't mind paying luxury prices once in awhile for a luxury experience but this place does not deliver. Our site 61 was advertised and priced as "The very best resort site with water views all around you". There was a picture online of the bayou off the end of the site which was expansive and appealing with a table and chairs for relaxing. The reality was a tiki umbrella taking up 2/3s of our view out the front window - water could be seen by peering around the umbrella. The only view out the side windows was of the "coach" houses which are built right beside the parking pads and darned close to boot. Luckily no one was staying in the coach houses on either side of us or we would have had little privacy - our door opened onto the "party" area of the coach house on the next site. To make it even less value for the money we could not use anything except the parking pads and the hook-ups. Not allowed to touch the outside fireplace, the grill, the eating area - not even allowed in the club house except to pay the bill or if invited to a community cocktail event. To be fair Site 60 did deliver on the views as advertised and the dog park and private beach were nice. I've stayed at many State Parks with better water views and access - at a fraction of the price. So we will not be going back and will not recommend the place. We camped at Heritage Motor Coach Resort & Marina in a Motorhome.

This resort is spectacular not only the large nicely landscaped sites but the owners of the lots are very welcoming to us as renters. We have traveled all over the eastern US and have not found anything that compares to Heritage RV Resort. The Alabama Gulf Coast at Orange Beach is a fairly newly developed area and has everything you could be looking for, shopping, restaurants and wonderful beaches. Our highest recommendation for this resort. We camped at Heritage Motor Coach Resort & Marina in a Motorhome.

This is the best RV Resort we have visited. We stayed in space 79 with a full view of the water. The people were very friendly and welcoming. The amenities are wonderful, and it is pet friendly. There are many restaurants close by. We stayed here three nights, and it was wonderful. It is expensive, but we think it was worth it. Beautiful park. Nice big sites. This is a owner resort where they own the lots, but some are available for rental. We stayed in site # 79 which is right on the end point. You can either pull in or back in. We pulled in so we could face the bay. The sun rise was Awesome! Definitely worth the $214.30 for the weekend.
