The staff in the office are very friendly and helpful. The resort is meticulously maintained. Others staying here have been very friendly. Convenient to everything in Orange Beach and Gulf Shores. We camped at Pandion Ridge Luxury RV Resort in a Motorhome.

If you like walking or biking, the nature trail at back of RV park connects into the 25 mile Hugh S Branyon Backcountry Trails and Gulf State Park. For breakfast I recommend Another Broken Egg Cafe just a few miles away.

Well appointed and Convenient to Everything. The check-in process was efficient and the staff was very friendly. We stayed in a large concrete pull-in site overlooking the water. All connections worked perfectly. The sky WAS open for satellite. They also have cable with a good selection of channels. The laundry room was spotless. There is a nice bike/walking trail that winds through the woods. We will be back. We camped at Pandion Ridge Luxury RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

This location is very convenient to restaurants and the beach. Be sure to tour the USS Alabama in Battery Park in Mobile, AL and on your way back to Pandion take the scenic coastal connection and stop in beautiful Fairhope, AL on Mobile Bay. Fort Morgan is also a nice place to visit and you can take the ferry to Dauphin Island.

By far the most "roomy" campsite that we have ever stayed in. New facility means no shade yet because the trees are still Live Oak saplings. Full hookups with new-style lighted utility pedestals. More than one dog friendly area that we saw. Wide roadways and ultra-level concrete site. Great water pressure and screaming fast WiFi. More than enough room for our coach and toad. We camped at Pandion Ridge Luxury RV Resort in a Motorhome.

"The Wharf" entertainment, shopping and dining area is awesome. Great food and entertainment within a mile of Pandion Ridge RV Resort. "Tacky Jacks", about 3 miles away, along the canal is a good spot for breakfast!

Had a lake front lot at a very nicely landscaped resort. The lots were a very good size with plenty of room for my 36 foot motor coach and my tow vehicle. Would like to have had a grill on the lot but grills were available at the two pool sites available. The grass needed cutting and there were plenty of weeds. Watch out for the alligator in the lake. Also watch out for the spinklers on the lot. While not a concern on my lot, I saw some lots where the spinklers were close to the slideouts and sprayed them from an angle you do not expect to get rain. We camped at Pandion Ridge Luxury RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

Nightly rate is based on 1 month stay. True resort style park with excellent amenities including two pools, private lake, clubhouse with fitness center and organized social activities. Easy access to resort from major highways, but it is quiet at all times. Easy entry spacious sites with top notch FHU and good water pressure. Cable works great, good wifi, and satellite reception. Level, paved sites long enough for our coach and toad. Office personnel are friendly , helpful, and efficient. Great selection of restaurants, entertainment, and sightseeing in the area. An abundance of RV related businesses and services in the area provide mobile service at the resort. We have not used the bath or laundry facilities, but everything at this place is maintained well and kept clean. Daily trash pickup at each site is a nice feature. We will stay here again if vacationing in the area. We camped at Pandion Ridge Luxury RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Beautiful new park with lots of space between sites. Two dog parks for those with fur babies. Staff was friendly. Nightly rate based on monthly fee but I believe they've lowered their long term price for the coming winter season. We would have returned next year but they require a full months deposit to reserve a specific site which means our money is tied up for a year.. $200.00 deposit if you will take whatever is available when you arrive. As far as service they picked up trash every day which is nice. Shower facilities were very nice but during spring break water temperature was just warm. I only gave it a good rating because of their cable service, it's terrible. Can't watch live news programs because of pixalation (is that a word?) and sometimes you are hearing the newsman but seeing a commercial. We camped at Pandion Ridge Luxury RV Resort in a Motorhome.

The Wharf, a nice boutique type shopping area, including a movie theater and nice restaurants, is across the street. Gilbey's Restaurant in Orange Beach is also nice. For a fun place to go for lunch on the beach we enjoyed The Hangout in Gulf Shores

Spanking new park. Large, clean concrete pads with decorative hookup stations that have a nightlight...nice! Didn't use the pool or hot tub but they looked clean and inviting. Spaces are good sized but not much privacy until the newly planted trees grow. Curbside trash pickup. Quiet. Sites along pine forest on the outside row of the park look perfect as the trees block the hot morning sun. We'll be back! We camped at Pandion Ridge Luxury RV Resort in a Motorhome.

We stayed 4 nights for the World Food Championships at the Wharf. The park is new and they were having their Grand Opening the week after we left. The park was relatively empty and the staff upgrade our site - thank you very much. This is one of the nicest parks we've stayed in and will be back next year. Overall Rating:

We spent a Saturday overnight in a pull-thru site. Here are my notes from the stay.

The park roads are nice and wide, making navigation easy. You really don't have to disconnect your toad unless you need to.

It was too cold to experience the pool, but it looked well maintained. They have gas powered outdoor fireplaces in the common area, which is a nice amenity.

All utilities worked well and are correctly-placed.

The manager had a good attitude and seemed very happy to have us.

My only complaints about this park:

The site approaches are built on a huge incline. The middle of the concrete pad is level (enough for a 45' coach), but wow, I've never driven up such an incline to get on and off the pad. We drug pulling out of the site, it is so steep. I'm not sure anything can be done about this, but the engineer who designed it apparently was more concerned about drainage than functionality. The pull-ins and back-ins do appear to be more functional than the pull-thrus. I'll probably ask for a lakeside pull-in next time.

The site numbers are all on cemetery monuments (flat on the ground), as opposed to the usual reflective numbers on the pedestal. It is difficult to see these at nighttime.

Overall, this is a very nice park, and we will return. We camped at Pandion Ridge Luxury RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

It is easy to avoid the toll booth, if you choose to save the $5.50. We arrived via the toll booth and departed through the town. I thought it was a nicer drive leaving, as you get to see all the boats on the canal and some nice sights around town.

Tips for other Campers:

There is a toll bridge if you are coming in from the North off I10. You can avoid this by taking hyway 59 to Gulf Shores and then East on Canal road. But taking the toll bridge avoids allot of stop and go traffic.

Overall Rating:

Brand new RV Park this year. This place is gorgeous, very clean as one would expect. Only has one bath house but they don't take tents so 1 could be enough though another one or two would be much better. They have a cell tower right on site, not sure if that was planned or not but what a great idea.

All plant life is young so not much shade yet. The roads are paved, all sites are concrete. Full hookups. Propane sales. Staff is fantastic!! Swimming pool is nice but was a little cool. Not much to do at the RV resort but the area is jammed packed with entertainment and beaches.

We would definitely come back and try to stay longer.

The only negative thing I would add is that they have excellent Wifi but it is unsecured. Not good. We camped at Pandion Ridge Luxury RV Resort in a Motorhome.

As others have mentioned this is a relatively new resort opening in May 2016. I stayed 9 nights using their October special nightly rate. Everything is very neat and clean. Sites are large enough to accommodate rigs of every size. Pool and pool area is very nice and has a gas fire pit and gas grills. Wifi was great, cable not so good, but they are working on it. Everyone I dealt with were great and very helpful. The location is very convenient to Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. I will definitely stay here again when in the area.
