Agree with previous review, this is a very nice, pretty new RV park. It has all the amenities except, surprisingly, cable TV. OTA is good with many FL, MS and AL stations. This is a very dog friendly park with rules enforced but not oppressively. Interior roads and sites are very smooth, well-compacted and dust free gravel. Utilities and wifi are all good. Folks are very friendly and helpful. Decor throughout the park definitely shows a tasteful lady's touch. The only real negative is that the sites are VERY close together. Seems like they own more unused property that could have been used to make things less cramped. As is the case with all the newer parks/resorts we visit, they are a bit pricey, at least for daily rates. We camped at All About Relaxing RV Park in a Motorhome.

Beautiful, small, privately run RV park. Very clean, well managed and quiet. Great place to spend time or like us an overnight stop, conveniently off of I-10. I wish all RV parks where managed like this one. No cable but good strong TV signal. We camped at All About Relaxing RV Park in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

If you plan to stay for a while and you have have a satellite dish ask for a site that doesn't have trees on it, ours did and we could not use our satellite. No big deal for us as it was just an overnight stop, and we chose to hang out outside and enjoy the night.

A nice gem...welcoming, helpful well equipped, Marco Grad decorated, too! We called upon exiting I-10 as suggested, and were met with escort who helped direct us into our site. It is a small park and sites are deep but tight. Plenty wide for slideouts, etc. Welcome packet included local attractions and a jar of jam. Each site had a board with our names on it. Nice pool and laundry, etc. Would stay here again. We camped at All About Relaxing RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Dauphin Island was interesting...especially Fort Gaines. Civil War historically important. Dog friendly fort you can amble through. Kravers Seafood was very good. Mobile has many downtown attractions to see.

Agree with all the other reviews as this is a excellent CG, but beware as their pricing supposedly increases based on availability which I never heard of before this. We found this gem in November 0f 2018 and paid $42.00, we return in December and paid $48.00 and returned again on January 17, 2019 and paid $48.00. We called for reservations for the night of January 26, 2019 and were told the rate was $60.00 so we asked why such an increase in only 9 days and we were told they were only 3 sites left so the pricing increased because of the availability so we questioned when this policy went into effect and were told the 1st of the year, so we asked why we were charged only $48.00 a week ago (which was after the 1st of the year and supposedly there was only 1 site left then) and were told by the person that they were new and that's what they were told to do. I don't mind paying a fixed price for a site but when the pricing goes up based on availability I think this is unacceptable and we will check out another CG that has good reviews with a fixed pricing that is also in the area. Also site 12 has a huge oak tree on the driver's side so you can't fully extend your drive's slide if it is the front. Fortunately I was outside when my wife start to extend the slide and I stopped her before the slide hit the tree or we would have has serious damage to the slide. We camped at All About Relaxing RV Park in a Motorhome.

Easy to find off I-10 (exit 10). We were met at the gate by staff and escorted directly to our site and assisted in back in and hook up. Office staff was very nice and helpful. All utilities were excellent. The main drive through the park was very attractive with lamp posts. A cute idea was each site had a chalkboard sign with the occupants first names including their pets. Nice touch! Really cute dog wash station -- old cast iron bath tub at an elevated height for easy washing. Wifi was very good.My only preference would be a wider drive in/out for back in sites. But it was adequate. Would stay again if in the area. We camped at All About Relaxing RV Park in a Motorhome.

Excellent park near interstate 10. No noise and very quiet. Bathrooms and showers very clean. Had a nice pool and community fire pit but we did not use. Dish network worked well as there were no large trees in our way. Lots of OTA channels also. Office staff very friendly and also had daily trash pickup. Will definitely stay again when visiting Mobile. We camped at All About Relaxing RV Park in a Motorhome.

We had a mixed experience at this RV resort. The good: it is immaculate. The bathrooms are residential style, spotless, and look brand new. The laundry room is similarly clean. Every inch of the park is decorated with great attention to detail. There is a pool (which wasn't open when we were there, but it looked nice), a small fenced in dog park, a communal fire pit, a gazebo-type structure, and more. There is also a big common room but I didn't go in. Sites are mostly close together but well-kept, and when it rained one night, the staff came over and put some paving stones that led from our steps to the gravel so we didn't have to step in mud. When we checked in, the staff were very helpful and friendly, helped us get backed in, etc. Not so good: There is a strict speed limit, which is fine - but when I was obeying the speed limit, several other campers still yelled at me, and the owner called me the next day to let me know they had complained. This campground is also NOT kid friendly. Children are not allowed outdoors at all without constant supervision - which, according to the rules, means my teenagers could not even sit outside at our campsite, use the bathrooms, or walk our dogs without supervision. We followed these rules even though my children were a bit disgruntled. The owner also asked that my kids not use the free wifi because adults working from their RVs need it more. There were too many rules for kids for this to be considered a kid-friendly park. We camped at All About Relaxing RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

As you drive through the gates, you immediately see the attention to detail. The gardens are lovely, and each site gets a personalised board with your name on it. The owners are more than accommodating. The bathrooms are the cleanest we have every seen...and this is all day long. They'vve created lovely areas to just sit and have some quietness. It is a fairly new park. The only downside was no cable but the owner opened up the tv room every morning for us. We have been travelling for 11 yrs in our rv and loved this place. We were there for 3 days. Highly recommended. We camped at All About Relaxing RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

We stayed here 3 nights in a motorhome. The park is owned by a friendly, hard-working couple who live on site. There are 40-42 sites (start of the description here says zero sites!). All are nicely laid out with landscaping and gravel pads. Each site has a chalkboard showing the "resident" and pet names! The park has a small but very nice pool, security gating, and a pleasant office. Landscaping behind the sites and 2 great garden patios for guests make it extra homey. It is about 4 miles north of I-10 and not difficult to get to. Each party is escorted to their spot by the owner. We would certainly stay here again if in the Mobile area. The pictures of this park on this site are exactly what you get. The park is gorgeous. The owners live on site and are very friendly. They gave us great advice as to local attractions and restaurants to try. The sites were fairly level and gravel. All sites have a concrete patio and picnic table. The pool is very clean as are the restrooms, showers, and laundry room. The park is easy to get to from I-10 - only 2 turns if you take Exit 10. Only one large tree at the campground - we had no issues getting satellite tv. Two roads in the park - one is concrete the other is hard-packed gravel - no issues getting in or out with our 42' Class A. We will definitely be staying here again. This is a lovely park and the owners are so friendly - true Southern hospitality! Our 3 kitties appreciated their names on the welcome board at our site. The bathrooms are nicer than most hotels and there's even a dog wash next to them. The pool is pristine! It's close to shopping and main roads but in an area that is very peaceful and quiet. Beautifully landscaped property. We had to level out a bit and our site had a tree that was a bit tricky but staff member was very conscientious in helping us get in and out. Wifi wasn't great - sometimes it worked fine and other times not at all (we do NOT use for streaming) and no cable. Over the air came in fine though. We would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone in the area. We camped at All About Relaxing RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

I would rate this small park a 10 except that the sites are just a little narrow. We were there for 1 night and would love to return when we can stay longer. We had an escort to our pull through site and did not have to unhook our toad. There was a sign at our site welcoming us AND our dog by name. We received a jar of jam when we arrived. We chatted with the owners and they are wonderful. Customer satisfaction is the name of the game with them. The park is immaculate with beautiful landscaping g and an inviting pool. We would love to go back. We camped at All About Relaxing RV Park in a Motorhome.

This is our third time at this facility. We just love this park and the people that run it. The bath house and pool area look like something from a magazine. They clean everything every day and if you see something and mention it to one of the staff they take care of it right away. We were here on the weekly rate so the rate stated above is what our site would have cost us for one night with the Good Sam discount. The nightly rates run from $38 to $50 non-discounted depending upon how close to the pool and bath house you are. There are 2 lighted "porches" with rockers, swings, and picnic tables on either side of a huge communal fire pit. The clubhouse is much more complete than last year. There are multiple seating areas with televisions and various games. The water pressure is good, the power is stable, the WIFI is adequate. The rules are enforced, but not obnoxiously so. We camped at All About Relaxing RV Park in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

We arrived in October and left in December. Most who stay at this park stay for long-term stays. Many one-night visitors, also. First of all, the owners ROLL OUT THE CARPET for EVERYONE. You will be hard pressed to find such gracious owners. Weekly activities in the spectacular club house, off-site adventures, cook outs, community fire pit, your name on a site chalkboard. The owners hang out with you, at the fire pit, also. You are escorted to your site. When you check in, you are welcomed with open arms, given helpful information about the Mobile area, gift jar of TRAFFIC JAM jelly. The site next to us was a one-night visitor site and rarely did we hear visitors come or go. If possible, the owners will accommodate you in any way they can. Never hesitate to ask a question. Beautiful, gated community, landscaping is beautiful along with seasonal decorations on each site. I can honestly say that I've NEVER seen such impeccably clean restrooms and laundry facility, not to mention the southern decor in all of the rooms. Owners are adamant about 'scoop your dog's poop', which gives us a clean area to walk our dogs. Absolutely loved our stay at this park. We tell everyone about it. If there is a negative comment, by anyone, it'd be caused by something very rare and unusual. We tell everyone about this park and look forward to returning. We camped at All About Relaxing RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.
