Nov 2016 - $32.00
We stayed for 1 week at this park. The pull through for big rigs were very nice and long. There are a few trees in the park bur mostly gravel with concrete patios. Utilities were tricky, in order to have your water and sewer within reach and not have your rear slide hit the electric pedestal; but with a little moving back and forth we got it done. There are no tables at the sites and you must pay for showers. The laundry was nice and clean as were the showers. We had a pleasant Thanksgiving Dinner at the recreation hall. The staff was friendly and helpful. I marked the park down a little on value due to the lack of tables and the extra cost for showers. The sites were spacious though with plenty of room to park your towed in front of your RV or to the side. Many units did not even have to unhook their towed trailers. - suzwoodard

There are good & bad things about this park. The bad is they have fees they don't tell you about until you arrive. Electricity is through the electric company, & if you have never had power in AZ,don't have it elsewhere, you will have to pay $250 deposit to hook up the first time. After that, its $25 if you return the following year. Name tags are mandatory to buy. They charge a "utility" fee for water/sewer/cable. $50 month, & if staying 5 months, $264 up front. The cable doesn't work in alot of sites. You can't pay it monthly. Very limited on where you walk your dogs. This place is monthly only. No daily or weekly rates. It caters to park model owners. T It's VERY dusty in there & needs new gravel Water gets cut off alot from lines breaking. Internet is through Aire Beam, & doesn't work half the time. Verizon doesn't work well within the park.Good points? Tons of activities. Beautiful heated pool, & hot tub. The place is kept clean. Water arobics is via a tape you listen to, that is the same over & over. They do have a mini golf that is fun, & exercise room, with broken equipment. - happy2013camper

Lots to do here. Very busy activity department. Workout room, pool, ping pong, swim pool, hot tub, horse shoes, basketball, shuffle board, miniature golf, library, card rooms, art rooms, daily, weekly, monthly activities. - Sandpiper14

Although run by a very nice gentleman, this is one of the worse CG we've every stayed in. Best we can say, is that it got us off the street and in safe environment, and it is level. Its a gravel parking lot. Utilities are not always on the correct side of the unit. There are no tables or fire rings. It is adjacent to mobile home park and it is obvious that this is just side money for owners. - hartk

They were closed but there were envelopes with available sites where you picked where you wanted to stay. The host left a description of the history of Casa Grande which makes us want to come back. - Barbara Smith
Jan 2018 - $26.00
Nice enough park. Gravel sites, quite level. Not generous width, but enough for our 35 ft coach, and parking for our Subaru in front. I would say average space provision. Pool, showers, etc. all clean and well maintained. Office offered limited support for visitors. No welcome package provided, no local activity brochures, nothing. Here is your receipt and a map. In fairness, the woman checking us in did suggest how we might get the best price for the length of our stay by taking the monthly rate, even though our stay was shorter. It's not that the staff were unfriendly, but that the office was not set up to support your visit as most places are. Only other issue was wifi. It is third party provided for a fee. While pretty cheap, at $1.00 a day, it never came close to meeting the promised 15MBS promised. It was also very unpredictable (# of users?), required frequent re-log ins, and was generally poor even for simple use like email and browsing. While the service is not provided by the park, they selected the provider, so I think still own some accountability for the service. All that said, we would still return to this park if traveling through the area, and would recommend it to others with mention of the limitations. - nobghuri

This is our second time to stay in Silverado. Our first visit was in winter 2015-16. The park management has changed but the park is well run by friendly folks that want to be of service. This park is close enough to town for grocery runs but far enough away from traffic. The park is small, about 300 sites. Gravel with concrete pads. Good water pressure. Utilities are on back of lot so have 30' of sewer hose, water hose and electrical plug cord. The heated pool is nice as is the hot tub. Both are kept clean. Pool area has nice outdoor furniture. Nice pickle ball courts with friendly players. If I were to winter again in the Case Grande area, this is where I'd stay. An escort guides you to your site and checks back with you after you are set up. They will even assist with backing if you want. I do want to point out that I-10 is nearby and some road noise can be heard. There is a train but it is non intrusive. Note that there is no feed lot smell like the parks in Case Grande proper. - Gurleymon
Feb 2018 - $13.00
This is NOT a resort. The facilities are fine but nowhere near resort quality. In addition, the sites are on fine gravel which is constantly tracked in. It is a dusty dirty environment-comparable to living in a catbox! The real downfall is customer service. Management is disorganized, lacking knowledge and very poor at communication. To start with, the male mgr accused my husband of ruining the water hook up and told us we should not be using a pressure regulator. Since when? Actually we learned that the water lines for the entire park need to be replaced. Once the park filled up, the showers were not properly maintained and became filthy. Although cable and wi-fi are advertised as amenities, they are not included. The only people who were welcoming were the pickleball players. This is a very amateur run place, with mgmt and activities director who like to feel important. I would not return, nor recommend if you are looking for a well run resort. If you are looking for rv storage with full hook up, it is fine. - Lsfx
Jan 2018 - $35.00
We have just finished our 4th winter season at this park. The park has all the basic necessities, including a small laundry. All sites are pea gravel with small oddly placed concrete patio. No picnic tables provided. Water, power, and sewer are at back of site so you may need extensions. You pay for WiFi and it's pretty lousy. Used my phone's data and its hotspot. New managers this year and they need to either be replaced or go through extensive training. Frequently accusing us of all manner of transgressions (which none of us present did); closing office early with no notice, allowing some to park in empty sites while telling others they had to move their vehicle immediately. The office hours are odd for an RV park - office closes before many travelers are ready to get off the road. There's an emergency number posted in door but no after hours instructions. Many times saw RVs pull in then out - probably for this reason. Many times heard "Park is full" while sites next to us and across from us were empty. We will return next year - BUT if management doesn't change we will probably look elsewhere before the winter season is over. - allzright

Nice park with majority of long term residents but a small area for overnighters. The staff is excellent and even offered to stay open late if we would arrive after their normal hours. Has a pool and hot tub but as it was in the 20's we did not go there. Nice "dog park" next to the park where you can run your pets as far as they want. Close to I-10 but without the traffic noise. There are train tracks nearby that can be heard. All in all we liked the park and will use it again when in the area. - paulstravels

LOVED this park! We usually don't like parks where they also have mobile homes.....but here, they kept the RV's a little separate. There are soooo many activities! And the people are sooooo friendly!!! LOVED the gals at the service desk, too! They were always cheerful and helpful, bending over backwards to find answers for you. We hope to return soon! - SewBzzzy

This is a very nice 55+ RV/park model community. While it's a large community during the winter months, it's relatively quiet here this time of year. The park has pickle ball, loads of activities, pools (3), tennis, golf course (free this time of year!) and plenty of places to walk and ride your bike. All paved roads, gravel sites with concrete pad and lots of space for your RV and two rigs. Lots of maintenance folks around doing maintenance work. Staffed entrance gates, front office that's open during the week (closed on the weekends this time of year) and friendly staff! A mailroom that's wonderful. Library, crafts, and golf carts going everywhere. This is really one of the best parks we've EVER stayed in. Close to I-10 though you don't hear the road noise (although that likely depends on your site.) You do pay 12.5 per kilowatt for electricity. All sites are back in, but the Rangers on duty assist you and are excellent at helping you get in just right. If you're here for an overnight or two, you don't get to park in the nice sites - they'll direct you to an asphalt lots (FHU's), though in this heat, you can bet your AC will run nonstop. If you're going to come here, stay for awhile longer and enjoy all the amenities this RV Resort has to offer. It's really lovely. The ONE bad thing we've notice is the amount of pigeons and doves especially around the main pool and walking areas. Bird poo EVERYwhere. Maintenance does help by spraying the walks clean and doing what they can. - ErinandCorbin
Mar 2018 - $54.00
This is the top notch golf resort to stay at. It is in between Tucson and Phoenix. Short drive to both. They have Golf homes and RVs. We felt right at home as our neighbors came to visit while setting up and during our 8 day stay. The laundry facilities are awesome. The grounds were well manicured. Our pets enjoyed the dog parks located throughout. Only problem we had was the WiFi was located in the office and the laundry. You would need to purchase your own if you plan to work while there. Enjoyed it being "over 55". It was nice not having to deal with kids. Look forward to going back. - Wanda Page

Nice level pull throughs with clean gravel pads. The only downside was the office closes at 4pm and even though you can book and pay in advance online, the place is big enough you really need someone to lead you through. It was convienently located and the people were very nice, but this is mainly a permanent community with a small section for RVers. - Lee and Trace
Apr 2018 - $25.00
Our GPS couldn't find the exact address and the entrance sign is unobtrusive so we miss the entrance and had to drive around the block.Once in the park, the registration area is large and able to accommodate several rigs. We were welcomed by a friendly host and the check-in process was efficient. We were escorted to our level sand 50 amp pull-through site near the back of this huge 55+ park. Basically no shade anywhere. Paved roads throughout. Two pools, pickle ball courts and a grassy dog park. Extensive list of dog rules. Overall a nice clean quiet park. Our rate reflects a Passport America discount. - Our Rolling Home

This park is our winter quarters for the past 8 years. Gated 55+ park. Beautiful big heated pool, heated spa, pickleball, shuffle board, paved streets and SO much more. Wouldn't go any place else. We bought our site, but there are a several that are for rent along with park models. There are also quilters, billiards, water aerobics, fitness center, library, a multitude of card games, cafe, church services with an amazing Pastor. An activities director that is the best there is. A very friendly community. - PatnKlod
Mar 2014 - $35.00
Nice older 55+ park that the management is trying to renovate. Pickle ball courts are nice and well used. The park is installing new shuffleboard courts which we will use on the next trip. Front gate staff woman was not friendly and told only the bad stuff about management. Apparently she didn't like management and was venting at everyone. There is a lot of small town politics going on that spreads over to short time visitors. We were there during the Park's Party which was food and games. The Golf Cart Races and game activity were fun. We assumed that we were not included in the party until a resident from Virginia drew us in and made us part of the fun. We will return during the Park's Party next year. - moosewatcher
Apr 2012 - $13.00
This is a fairly new park, and everything looks new and clean. It appears to be more of a winter snowbird park, but had several sites for transients, and we paid the PA rate. Came in after hours, but the friendly and helpful staff came right out to check us in and lead us to our site, which was a back-in, but very large. The near WiFi was being worked on, so we used the system at the clubhouse. The WiFi worked great, and the clubhouse was large and tastefully decorated. We would definitely stay there again. - Full Timers since 2002

The park has new owners and they are very nice and very accommodating. We have stayed before and will do so again. It is a typical SW gravel with trees and cactus around the sites. There is a very good restaurant on site for dinners. highly recommend it for a good meal. The services are good an the access around the park is good. - JDR

We only stopped for the night. It is a KOA so it is overpriced but not much around. Great pull thru site with all hook-ups and level. We use our own Wi-Fi so not sure how it works. No cable so we used our dish. - belanga
Feb 2018 - $41.00
This is a typical southwest park with gravel sites and roadways. The sites are spaced ok. There is room for big rigs. There is some shade is several spots. The services wee all working fine. The WiFi is only around the office. It served us well for an overnight. The restaurant that was at the park was fantastic. Reservations are a must but well worth the visit. We will stay again when in the area. - JDR

This is RV and mobile home park in transition. New owners in June are investing in a new clubhouse, pool and hot tub. It is now called Arizona Village 55+ park. Gates and walls being completed. A mix of my and spots for rvs. Concrete pad on both site sides and deep gravel for trailer. Wifi being installed, water pressure really high. Stayed a week, nice staff. - Jitime40
Jan 2018 - $30.00
This park is in transition is now known as Arizona Village RV Resort. The new owners are awesome and very helpful. They are truly transforming an old Mobile Home park to a new resort. The price listed above is an estimation of the price. We paid $200 for the week. We considered the price quite a deal for the cleanliness of the park. Would recommend and if ever in the area we will plan to come back. - kate2800
Feb 2017 - $18.00
I stayed here for 2 and a half months in a 5th wheel. This is a nice, clean park and the management and most permanent residents are friendly and helpful to RVers. They have a beautiful pool, hot tub, clubhouse and grassy park. They are dog friendly with a large fenced field for the dogs to run loose behind the park. Onsite laundry coin operated 1.25 per load to wash, the same to dry. The sites are wide and you get a concrete patio on one side and a concrete driveway on the other side. The rate includes electricity so it goes up in the hotter months, it was 500 per month for my time here. The wifi is spotty but better than other places i stayed in the past. Centrally located near Pinal and Cottonwood and fairly quiet here. Best value in Casa Grande. Sites are deep and hookups are in the back. You can get cable tv and internet here from a local provider but its pricey. Most RVers here have been coming for years and some leave their trailers here all year. Ask management for the yearly rate. - Portisha
