1 RV Park near Beaver Dam, Arizona
Mar 2019 - $30.00
Easy access from I 15. It is paved all the way. The park is far enough way from the highway that there is no noise. Check in was quick, easy and informative. We had asked to stay a week because of weather conditions heading north. We were given an option of having to move part way through our stay in sites that were more spacious or we could park in a tight spot and not have to move. We chose the no move plan. We were tight but we have experienced worse. Parameter roads are graveled and in good condition. Our site, 74, was a back in, graveled site with power, water, sewer and a concrete patio. The patio appeared to be new but was broken away to allow for the installation of a new power pedestal. The site was set back so that even though our pad was very near our neighbor, we had ample outdoor space. The park has many permanents and lots of Winter Arizonians but all sites were neat, tidy and well kept. Dog rules are strictly enforced so there was no doggy doo anywhere. We found the park to be very quiet. There is a club house and activities planned. We chose not to partake but we met many nice people that just stopped by to say hello. There is a small store and deli near by but not an easy walk away. We paid a weekly rate of $150 and feel we received good value for our dollar. We would return. - Rollin Ollens

This is a decent park to stay in for just passing through. It's mostly long term residents and some of the rigs are in pretty bad shape. Many haven't moved in a very long time. The staff is very nice and helpful and the utilities all work well. Sites are very close together. The wifi is "sketchy" as the gal in the office told me. Sometimes it works well and then it just goes out. Then it comes back. Off and on. Verizon is 4 bars of LTE but no data. Never seen that before. Couldn't do any internet with Verizon. - RoadtripImages dot com

Good place to spend the night when traveling through the area. Managers very nice and accommodated us without reservations. Pet friendly park. Would stay again when in the area. - skier1947
