This is a basic campground but the location is wonderful for a family fishing and playing in the creek trip. The entrance is a little tricky, come from the west, as it is right by Up the Creek restaurant. Across the road is the Page Springs fish hatchery. Good hookups but only water and electricity at sites. Dump station is clean and equipped with a hose. I was greeted upon arrival, taken to my site and helped with backing in. Great experience. We camped at Page Springs Park in a Motorhome.

This park is located on Oak Creek. Due to snow in northern AZ, flooding caused a lot of damage and about half of the park is currently closed. About 1/4 is used by monthlies. So not much room for us. This place not only needs flood repairs, it also needs a bathroom remodel. On the good side, there's a great birding area right across the road and a nice restaurant very near by. Lovely location with lots of big sycamore trees. Easy to get to Sedona also. No cell service and Wi-Fi is charged by the day. We camped at Page Springs Park in a Travel Trailer.

Overall Rating:

This could be a great park it certain things were addressed. First off the spacing of sites. You are right on top of your neighbor and their sewer hookup is right by your door! Also not enough space to park your vehicle. Someone across the road was getting ready to pull out and they had to ask several units across from him if they could move their trucks! Had to park our truck across the front of our space, which put us right on the edge of the road!

The park is at the bottom of a rather steep driveway which is hard to turn onto from the highway. Also that highway causes a lot of noise! At the lowest level of the park is a creek which had recently flooded due to the rains. So there were several sites that were not in use when we were here. Due to being at the bottom of that little valley there was NO Verizon signal! So no data to our hot spot. It was a long week! We were able to get a signal to the Direct TV dish! We will never stay here again. We camped at Page Springs Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Overall Rating:

We stayed here for a month. I think we had the best spot in the campground, but it wasn't by the creek. There are great areas and paths to walk your dog. Ours loved chasing the local lizards and frogs. The fish hatchery is across the street and you'll see Blue Herons flying daily to and from. The office manager was very friendly and helpful. There is a decent club house with a/c, games, puzzles and books. Cable tv, microwave and one exercise bike. In the month of July, blackberries grow wild up and down the entrance. I found the park to be Lush with lots of mature trees. Restaurant at the top of the hill/entrance is pricey but worth it. There is no cell service, internet or cable. You can purchase internet for $35 a month but it only goes to one device. Water pressure is very low but doable. You are in a oasis and it will take at least 10 minutes to get to nearby towns. Traffic noise on the bridge echoes into the campground. Rules are lax. If you love wineries, this is the campground for you. We will definitely go back. We camped at Page Springs Park in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

We have stay here 3 times over the last couple years. 3-4 days each time. Older small park. Tricky entrance down a long hill. Be careful of cars parked at the restaurant, near the entrance. restaurant is very nice, but also very pricey. Some RV spots are pretty tight. The whole appeal of this park is the creek, so if you stay here get a creek side spot, don't think I'd stay unless creek side. Not much room to park your vehicle, but I have seen it packed, and everyone finds a spot. Bathroom are very old but clean for the most part. Not a lot of space to walk your dogs but it works out okay. Staff very friendly and helpful. Only 30 AMP service, you can purchase Wi-Fi, and it works pretty good. Yes we would stay again, but only creek side. We camped at Page Springs Park in a Travel Trailer.

Overall Rating:

This is an old park that could use some maintenance. It is difficult to turn down into the driveway if coming from the south. We were lucky that the restaurant was closed so we could swing around using the parking lot. We first backed into a very tight spot between large cottonwood trees and backing to the creek. It was pretty but too close to neighbors who infringed on our space. Management nicely moved us to a wider spot away from the creek. We did not have sewer HU so used the campground showers. It was OK but would benefit from daily cleaning and general sprucing up. It was very dirty, dusty when the wind kicked up. Our camper was covered with a sandy dust after 7 days. We camped at Page Springs Park in a Travel Trailer.

Overall Rating:

Positives: Level site, large shade trees, flowing stream through the park with nice water plants, friendly host, four decent boutique wineries within bicycle distance (good idea if you do four tastings in a row), not too many mosquitoes, and fishing in nearby Oak Creek. Some sites near Oak Creek have fire rings. Traffic on Page Springs Road is not too heavy and light at night.

Negatives: Office and club house are old and dated trailers, gravel in the park long ago was pushed into the dirt. It will be muddy after rain. Park rules are not posted on their website. You only learn that firearms are prohibited after making a reservation. During dinner hours, diners at the restaurant at the park entrance partially block the entrance road. It would be easy to scrape an RV against a bumper while entering after dark. I recommend entering from the north to avoid a hairpin turn. I would rate the park higher if it respected campers 2nd amendment rights and had fresh gravel.

We did not have a Verizon data connection but did have cell phone service. We could receive three digital TV channels. No cable TV available.

This park is not a resort but could achieve that status with upgrades. We camped at Page Springs Park in a Travel Trailer.

Tips for other Campers:

The four wineries south on Page Springs Road offer tastings for $10 per person. There is also a nearby fish hatchery that allows visitors. The restaurant at the park entrance is popular with locals. Sedona (only ten miles north) is a destination resort with all the shopping and dining you would expect.

Nice park, small river nearby. No activities. Stayed here as it's so close to Sedona and so many hikes in that area. Small back in site. Lot spacing was nearby with some shade. Site surface was dirt and features a picnic table. We camped at Page Springs Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Nice little park with small creek running through it and a few ducks wandering around. Friendly staff, small clean laundry, they no longer offer cable tv due to cost to restructure to digital but they have put a flat screen tv in their small recreation building. Water pressure is only 25# and they inform you of this, wifi is through Tengo, over air tv reception is good I got 7 channels. They do charge a $3 per day Resort Fee (?). There is a wildlife refuge across the road with a trail. The entrance is one-way and a little steep but short. There is also a restaurant right at the entrance (not part of the park). We camped at Page Springs Park in a Motorhome.

Price reflects Coast to Coast rate with cable hookup. The lady who runs this place if extremely nice and helpful. There are large shaded lots and a narrow river that runs through the park. When entering the park you will encounter a steep narrow one way road. So be careful entering. You will find gravel lots. Some have cable, others do not. Wi-Fi signal is weak. The water pressure at our site was very poor. The bathroom has two stalls and two showers. Not nearly enough. They were not clean. Floors needed a good scrubbing. You will be charged a $3 activity fee. A rip off and a joke. There is a club house that is a trailer that is musty smelling, contains an assortment of VHS tapes, a few games and crossword puzzles. The chair in the room was dirty and looked like something someone would put on the side of the road for pickup. Calling this place a resort is also a joke. Would never go back again or recommend it to anyone I cared about. We camped at Page Springs Park in a Travel Trailer.

This was a great little park, peaceful, quiet, and picturesque. The staff was very friendly and even waited at the office past regular hours to make sure we got settled in properly. Paths near the creek lead to nature trails nearby. The bathrooms were clean but a little outdated. Shower water pressure and temperature were good. Wi-Fi is available through TengoInternet. We would definitely stay here again. We camped at Page Springs Park in a Tent.

Our '7' rating considers the Passport America discount. The price policy of the owner remains his secret. We paid $19 for the first two nights, $27 for the next two. However, rates change with the months and you should ask in advance. The park is located right on a small river, we had a back in site there. Fairly level dirt sites with good hookups. The dump station is on the way out but the location is very unfortunate as it is in a curve and the road has a 4% grade there. The sites are very close together. If all sites are occupied backing in might be a challenge. Two neighboring awnings on the same side won't work. Pretty quiet at night with only a few cars in the morning on the adjacent road. The way in and out is a 10% grade, pretty bumpy, but manageable. Wi-Fi is Tengo (pay per day). Our Verizon hotspot was very weak, not usable. Most campers had a hard time getting a satellite signal between the trees. We would return because of the beautiful location, but only if the place is not fully booked. Anyway, a good choice to stay here and commute to the Sedona attractions. We camped at Page Springs Park in a Fifth Wheel.

PPA rate stayed 2 nights. The staff are friendly and helpful; however, their website is pretty useless. This is a no frills campsite but is quiet and in a very pretty riverside location with fishing, birdwatching, etc. It is ideal for exploring Sedona and surrounding area. There is no cable or Wi-Fi but plenty of over the air channels. We would stay again. We camped at Page Springs Park in a Fifth Wheel.

This is on our list of available campgrounds we can go to, but its hard to get in with a 40 footer. Its nice though, close to the winery's. Good for a few days and nice to go to Sedona and see the beautiful red rock country. We camped at Page Springs Park in a Motorhome.
