74 sites some FHU some only W/E. We were in a W/E back-in site (as that is all they had available at the time when I called) & are here for 3 nights. It's an older pk, sites are not very wide but OK for a few days to see the area, we were able to get our 2 slides (1 on each side) out with no problem but not much room to walk between units. The pull thru sites a a little better in width. Roads are blacktop, sites are gravel, lots of pine trees in park, friendly office staff, lots of permanents in park, everyone is friendly, clean park. They do have WIFI which we did not use as have our own, were able to get some TV channels with antenna. Our Verizon phones worked fine. $37.50 with Good Sam discount paid. They do have a dog run. There is a laundry, didn't use so don't know how it was. Would possible come back here again if needed & if I could get a pull thru FHU . Will not take #32 back, hard to get into. We camped at Greer's Pine Shadows in a Motorhome.

Very friendly and efficient check in. Laundry and off leash dog area on site. Wifi and local channels - we didn't use so no opinion. Pleasant campground/park near shopping, movies, etc. Some street noise, but didn't bother us. Typical space between rigs in a park. Only 3 miles to nice park with amenities including dog park, basketball, tennis and playground. Access to trailhead to Coconino National Forest for a walk from campground. We enjoyed our short stay and would stay here again if in the area. We camped at Greer's Pine Shadows in a Motorhome.

This is a park for just one or two nights. It is not a pretty park or good place for family...roads are very tight and hard to tell what is a site or road at times. Too many permanent campers to the point it's mostly a trailer park...no cable, sites very close, can not sit outside as there is no room to put chairs out. We camped at Greer's Pine Shadows in a Motorhome.

We were in an alleged pull through. There was a huge 5th wheel in front of us. Had to back out of the space. The spaces up front are so close together that if our neighbor had not moved his truck we would not have been able to leave. The staff here are exceptional, nice, approachable and attentive. We camped at Greer's Pine Shadows in a Travel Trailer.

We were drop-ins so were placed in 2 of 3 tight spaces near the road. Still, we fit with our large trailers without having to unhook. The wifi was non-existent no matter when we tried it. Even near the road (a highway), the park was super quiet. Check in person acted like she was doing us a favor being there at 4:45 p.m., after we'd tried calling 2x and got the "the office is closed" message. Fine place to walk dogs. We camped at Greer's Pine Shadows in a Travel Trailer.

This park is mostly full of permanents and travelers are an afterthought. We were crammed in slide-to-slide with our neighbor on one side and close to trees on the other. I knew when I called that we would not have a sewer hookup, but when we parked, there seemed to be one there. I was told that yes, there is a sewer hookup, but you can't use it. Their sewer system does not have the capacity for all sites to be hooked up at once. It was noisy, too - next to the highway and lots of traffic in and out of the park past our site. Everybody in Flagstaff was full, so call well ahead. At least the lady in the office was very nice. We camped at Greer's Pine Shadows in a Motorhome.

Very similar to the CG up the road, but about half the price. The good sites in the summer are taken by snowbirds. The sites that are left are tight. Cash or check only. We would stay again. We camped at Greer's Pine Shadows in a Motorhome.

Just an overnight for us. CG was easy to access from highway and was quiet, with a wonderful constant breeze. Interior roads were gravel and average width. Sites were gravel, with adequate spacing, lots of shade, and ours was longer than our truck & trailer, plus a "privacy fence" between our site and the road. Great connectivity on their WiFi and VzW. We camped at Greer's Pine Shadows in a Fifth Wheel.

They raised their prices. On their website, they say $30.95 but we were charged $37 a night with Good Sam. They only accept cash. Sites are pretty level and there is some traffic noise as it is right on Highway 89. It is close to the city and convenient to attractions. We arrived early and were assigned a site right away without a reservation. WiFi is so-so, good when it is working but disconnects frequently. Very nice view of the mountain behind us. They have no sewer or dump station, no showers or bathrooms, sites are tight, mostly permanent folks....we knew all that from staying here once before, but we needed a place. We set up and my husband went out, raised the hood of our RV and checked the oil dip stick and put it back. He had no tools just a rag in his hand as he looked at the engine. A man from the office (across from us) comes blasting out the door screaming that they don't allow any mechanical work being done. My husband say's "I'm not doing any work I'm just looking at my engine!" This jerk yells "Don't give me no lip, I'm the manager and I'll throw your ass out of here!" For LOOKING at your engine. Nice, friendly folks, NOPE! Never coming back here. We camped at Greer's Pine Shadows in a Motorhome.

Stayed here on our way through Arizona. Stayed 2 nights, should have left after one. My overall feeling of this park was that the owner was doing US a favor by LETTING us stay there. Sites are extremely tight with lots of trees. Everything is rocks & gravel with one main road that is paved. Each site had fencing on either side (which made the site isolated & tight), the dog park was knee-deep in pine needles. Never have I ever been to a park where there was a rule that says that you cannot wash clothes in your RV (found out later it was due to water conservation - whatever). I refused to use their laundry facilities, so I have no idea what they were like. When we first drove up, our vocal Labrador was barking in the RV. I was told that "no excessive barking" was tolerated. When I went out to tell my husband to quiet the dog, the guy followed me out to our rig to make sure that I had told him of their policy - I felt like I was being babysat. I was so stressed out the whole time we were there, because I was sure that he would kick us out if that Lab started barking. We stayed here in a 40' motorhome. Will not be returning. We camped at Greer's Pine Shadows in a Motorhome.

Stayed 2 nights, then 1 night a week or so later. Second stay was water and elec. only. Clean. Shady. Dog park was nice. Seemed a tad cliquish. Card players had laundry room entrance from dog park locked. That's okay, didn't want in there anyway. We camped at Greer's Pine Shadows in a Travel Trailer.

This was not a very good park. No bathrooms or showers. The man in charge offered us a space which we were happy to find without a reservation. Price was ok but not a bargain and the park was pretty messy. Would not stay again. Guess we would opt for a more expensive place if we could find one.
