Apr 2019 - $40.00
Referred to this park by a sister park in Mesquite. Could only find on Good Sam website (the park website domain appears to have expired recently). They would not accept Good Sam for discount - said they are "under Construction" with Good Sam. The park is new and the sites are neat, streets are fresh asphalt. Location info on web is inaccurate or contradictory - it took 3 phone calls to get someone there to just give me directions. They kept telling me to just look up on web. Sites have power pedestal toward the front so that most of the 100' long pull through was wasted on us. Had to park so close to the front edge of the site in order to hook-up that we were very much on the down slope and had trouble leveling. We were given a 2 page list of very negative and prohibitive rules when we checked in. Verizon Cell service showed 4G but no data at all was available. Park Wifi was slow and cut off at 12pm. Bathroom closed at 8pm. Our friend's motorhome broke down and instead of charging him one night for late cancellation, they charged him for his entire 2 day stay. The park is clean and quiet, but the unfriendly non-service, unreasonable charge for cancellation and total lack of internet connection will prevent us from staying here again. - Sunny Weathers

I wanted to agree with a previous review about the Ranger saying it was a dry park. I think I was there at the same time, a big storm came through and suddenly the water spigot stopped working. The Ranger didn't seem to know there was any water there, ever. I found that very strange. I also remember the cheering when this jerk finally turned off his construction generator. I don't know where these rude people come from. - 2oldman

Lovely park, stunning views, good hikes, Verizon works. $90 monthly rate attracts the homeless, so a few sites are trash heaps. A few people seem to think running a generator all night is ok. Guy next to me comes in late at night and fires his up in the pickup bed. A big MH came in last night and ran his all night. Fortunately they weren't construction generators or I'd have had a fit, but there was one guy in here a week ago with one and the place cheered when he turned it off. There's a community water spigot up near the top row which suddenly quit working after a big storm yesterday. I mentioned it to the ranger who told me this is a dry park, no power, no water. Ok, well that's weird, because it's always provided water whenever I needed it. - 2oldman
