Small park but quiet, not a lot of road traffic. We love to Jeep off road and their are plenty of trails here, including part of the Arizona Peace Trail. Easy driving to restaurants, shopping and the casino's also. Different time zone when you cross the river into Nevada. We camped at Crossroads RV Park (formerly Blackstone RV Park) in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

This is one of the quietest commercial RV parks we have experienced. Little traffic runs along Boundary Cone Road at night, and there's no noise from the Highway 95 north-south route several miles away. Its location is surrounded by sparsely occupied open desert. Quail run through the park, and we often heard coyotes serenading at night. The sites are park-beside with a narrow concrete patio between the rig and the tow vehicle, and reasonably generous in size. We did find that to reach the utilities at the back of our site that our rear-door Airstream had to be parked with the steps beyond the rear end of the concrete patio. The park's water was quite palatable - not always the case with desert locations. It's a bit of a drive to town for food and gas, but we liked the trade-off in peace and quiet. We camped at Crossroads RV Park (formerly Blackstone RV Park) in a Travel Trailer.

Tips for other Campers:

The north wind is frequently very strong in the Mohave Valley, and the park's dense perimeter hedges don't run along their north boundary; so if wind bothers you, ask for a spot away from that side. There is some decent rockhounding in the Black Mountains to the east, including fire agate at a commercial you-dig operation east of Oatman.

Overall Rating:

We stayed at Crossroads for a week and the rate reflects the weekly discount. Generally a nice park, clean, well taken care of and quiet. Lot's of full time and seasonal residents. The park is away from the city and highway but close enough for convenience. It's probably the ideal park for visiting Oatman since the small town is 12 miles up the road. The sites are mostly back in and close to level but we had to use blocks on one side. The entire area slopes gently towards the Colorado River. Plenty of room between sites but longer rigs might have difficultly squeezing in length-wise. Sewer is in the normal location but water and electric are at the back of the site. Water pressure is adequate and power is good. There is a small concrete patio at each site but there is a shortage of picnic tables and the full time residents have most of them. We had excellent AT&T signal but surprisingly, the park wifi was strong and actually usable. We got about 10 Mbps download speeds. Didn't use the bathhouse but the laundry is adequate, clean with small washers though a couple were broken. No change machine but they will make change in the office. Overall, a nice park. The full time residents often have nice landscaping which add to the appeal. Other than that, rows of gravel sites and paved access roads. Staff was friendly but they do keep a keen eye on the park. We enjoyed our stay and the rates are great. We camped at Crossroads RV Park (formerly Blackstone RV Park) in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Oatman is just up the road 12 miles and worth a drive. Google might tell you to use the Oatman Rd. from Kingman (not RV worthy east of Oatman) or direct you to an 8 foot, single lane underpass in Topock. Beware.

We stayed a month. Price shown does not reflect electric. The site we had was relatively level but like most AZ Parks sloped forward and sideways. Management is very attentive to the needs of the residents. An adjoining 6 acres was recently purchased and initially will contain a dog park. Unfortunately the wind was extreme for most of the month we were here and apparently wind is a constant here from Nov. to April so we probably won't be back - but not because of the park. Sites have cement patio. Can get a picnic table if you want. Our site was long enough for our 40' MH. There is room on the other side of the patio for parking our toad. We camped at Crossroads RV Park (formerly Blackstone RV Park) in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Fort Mohave, Bullhead City, and Laughlin, NV have stores, restaurants, etc. All are within 8-18 miles. Laughlin has casinos if you are into that. Laughlin also has a really nice trail system which we made some use of. Petroglyphs within 30 miles were worthwhile. A couple of decent golf courses nearby not too expensive (the one in Needles is nice and not expensive at all).

Overall Rating:

We chose the park based on it's central location to many destinations in the state. The park is just outside of Mohave Valley (3 to 4 miles), is quiet and very pet friendly. The staff is always available and friendly. The facilities are very clean with a great laundry, shower and coffee/library room facility as well as a clubhouse where they host all types of activities. Good wifi service, spacious sites with concrete patio and picnic table. There are several residents that return every year and have lots of good advice for things to do and see. We enjoyed our stay at Crossroads. We camped at Crossroads RV Park (formerly Blackstone RV Park) in a Travel Trailer.

Very nice, clean and friendly park. Wifi is the best of any RV park that I have been to. Large spaces with a concrete patio. Only $135/week including electricity and $300/month plus electricity. Stayed here a week and will stay here again when in the area. We camped at Crossroads RV Park (formerly Blackstone RV Park) in a Travel Trailer.

We had a great experience at Crossroads. The staff was friendly and well informed about the area. The park is just far enough out of town to be quiet and convenient. Lot neighbors are nearby. Tips for other Campers:

I had front bearings replaced in my coach at Advanced Tire and couldn't be more pleased with the work they did for me. A nice job at a reasonable price, these guys are very honest! Look for a pastrami sandwich at the HUT at 3120 Hwy 95, really good eats!

The wife, poodle and I stayed here for 6 weeks in our 30' 5th wheel. The staff bend over backwards to make your stay pleasant. The park is well maintained and clean but not fancy. Some spaces are tight to get into but are wide and deep once you are in. It is a few miles to Bullhead City and the Avi casino but a reasonable distance. The wifi is free but is a little weak, however they are actively working to upgrade it. Their registration web pages are not glitzy but very functional and understandable, the best I have used. It is not a high end park but is a bargain priced medium grade park that is clean, fenced and quiet. We had an enjoyable and trouble free stay and would definitely stay here again. Check out the Avi casino for special senior deals and 2 for 1 buffet on Thur. There is an excellent public/private gun range 2 miles east. Grocery shopping is about 6 miles to Smith's and Safeway. Don't miss the daily gunfights and friendly burros at Oatman about 10 miles east.

We are now snow birds and found this park after staying a Moon River RV Resort just 4 miles west of Crossroads RV Park. We have already paid for November 2016. Now for the positives about this park, paved roads to your sites, concrete pads for you to put up your barbeque and chairs, room on the other side of pads to park extra vehicles, people that enjoy meeting and doing things with, office personal friendly and willing to help.
The only things that might be a negative is no trees for shade, wifi can be iffy depending on location but park is working on fixing this problem. you need to see this park and you are only five miles from gas and stores. Tips for other Campers:

The town of Oatman 10 miles east of Crossroads on old route 66 then you can travel Route 66 to Kingman with a lot of history. Jet boat ride on the Colorado River from Laughlin Nevada to the London Bridge at Lake Havasu City Arizona. Grape Vine 9 miles West of Laughlin to Christmas Tree Pass where you can see indian markings. Depending on what you want to do and see it is up to you.

Found a great RV park. Setting in the Mohave Desert with the Colorado River just west and Lake Mohave north and Laughlin, Nv with all the

casinos just across the river. Love this place. Had to stop in Bullhead City for Medical reasons. Ended up staying over 2 months. This

park for the money is as good as it gets. Paved streets, gravel to park on with concrete pads. Quietest park I have every stayed in.

Great WiFi. Safe and secure. 8 miles from shopping. Great medical in area. Avi casino just down the road with great food and good prices.

Oatman, Az just up the road with all the wild donkeys. You've got to check this place out. I am from Kentucky and don't know a person

around here so I am telling it the way it is. The best is the management. Debra will do everything within her power to make things work

for you. I will be back. We camped at Crossroads RV Park (formerly Blackstone RV Park) in a Motorhome.

We had spent 2 years researching various RV Resorts in Arizona looking for one we would like to stay at for a 6 month stay - we finally found one. The staff is very knowledgeable and extremely friendly making us feel very welcome. The Resort is really clean, paved roads, with nice landscaping but no grass. The resort has 132 sites, all are spacious with lots of room for tow vehicles. The size of the resort is smaller, making us feel like we are part of a small community. Lots of things to see and do, all within a short driving distance. There is lots of organized activities within the resort. We would highly recommend this resort for either a single night or a longer stay. A great +55 Snowbird retreat. We camped at Crossroads RV Park (formerly Blackstone RV Park) in a Motorhome.
