Out in the middle of nowhere but close to the Glen Canyon Dam and other local sites. Initially we were assigned to a spot which was already taken and that inconvenience had to be sorted out. Second site we were assigned to was on a slight hill, we were nose high so we never did get level avoiding the risk of putting the rear wheels off the ground. Full Hook-up satisfactory. Beautiful views of the mountains close by. We camped at Page Lake Powell Campground in a Motorhome.

There are gravel sites and unlevel (we drive a class A) which is why I gave 4 stars. There is a nice indoor pool and hot tub. There is a small store. The WiFi did not require a password and we couldn’t get it connected but the free cable offered a lot of channels. We camped at Page Lake Powell Campground in a Motorhome.

The park was easy to get in and out of and conveniently located. The staff was great. The WiFi was not, but Verizon wasn’t much better at times. The sites were spacious and the laundry large and very reasonable. The price of propane was also good and filling easy. We camped at Page Lake Powell Campground in a Motorhome.

We pull a 43 ft fifthwheel with an F350 Dually Truck and sites are wide enough to park next to your RV and still have your awnings and slides out. Checkin was easy and fast. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Other RVers were really friendly. The site was level, no road noise (there is road noise at the front of the park but not bad), and tall trees. The site is dirt with a picnic table. No bugs while we were there. The sites are very wide which is really nice. Utilities worked well. Pretty good WIFI and nice Cable TV. Some spotty coverage with AT&T cell and no cell data. No dog park for off leash. This is a very remote area so lack of cell coverage is to be expected. Verizon Hotspot worked well in the park but bandwidth could be slow. Not under parks control. And, our satellite worked well. I'd recommend this to anyone who needs to stay a day or two in the area. We camped at Page Lake Powell Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

This was a fine campground. Our site in the electric/water only section was a little unlevel front to back but nothing we couldn't deal with. The park was clean and, because our site was on the end of a row, we had plenty of room. Although, the rest of the park looked comfortable also. There are many seasonal rigs there but it's not a homesteading park. The wifi was strong and so was the Verizon cell signal. The staff was friendly and, overall, this was a pleasant park. We would stay there again. As with most RV parks these days I find the price a little high. We camped at Page Lake Powell Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Called the day before, they don't take reservations? What? Just gotta show up the day of your arrival. Really this place is not much more than a gravel lot with so small trees. Have to agree that the office staff is surly. Don't expect much, and you won't be disappointed. On the bright side, it is a beautiful area. We camped at Page Lake Powell Campground in a Motorhome.

Great park! Close to everything you want to see. Good lake views. Spaces are large with lots of room between spaces. Our WiFi worked well which was good as our Sprint phone was non existent. Don’t follow your gps. Go to mile marker 554 for easy access. We camped at Page Lake Powell Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Overall Rating:

This campground has RV and tent sites. The driveways are broken asphalt with gravel site pads. There seems to be two sections: there is the long-term section which is quite junky and the daily/weekly section which is kept in good condition. The laundry and bathrooms are clean and in good condition. When we checked in we were told that the WiFi was "really slow" but I would modify that and say that it is useless. I don't understand why some RV parks have WiFi that no one can use. We had a back-in site with full hookups, 50 amp electric, cable and picnic table. I found the office staff to be, at best, indifferent, and sometimes downright surly. We paid $43.15 per night. We camped at Page Lake Powell Campground in a Motorhome.

We stayed here because we wanted to view Antelope Canyon and it was just a few miles away. The park was fine. The site was level and all utilities worked. The restrooms were fine although crowded by the poor people in the tent sites - in the heat. Our site was quiet and worked fine for the night. We camped at Page Lake Powell Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Sites were quite spacious. Small trees on the full hookup sites that provided some shade. The office was very friendly; there's a book exchange and small selection of groceries. When we had trouble with our cable connection the maintenance crew was there to help us right away. Used the laundry - cheaper than any other campgrounds we've used this trip! Easy short trips to Lake Powell and Horseshoe Bend. We felt the Page area is fairly commercialized. Almost all area sites had a few. Glad we saw what we did but doubt we will return

Rate includes a 10% Good Sam discount. The site was pull-thru, gravel, FHU with 50 amp electric. The sewer connection was inconveniently located at the very back of the site. We had to use blocks under the rear tires to level the coach. We had good Verizon voice and data reception and good DishTV satellite reception. We did not use the laundry or indoor swimming pool. We would stay here again. We camped at Page Lake Powell Campground in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

The park is convenient to downtown Page, Walmart, gas stations and Wilderness River Adventures. We enjoyed the 7:00 am half day Colorado River float trip through Glen Canyon with Wilderness River Adventures. They bus you through a tw0 mile tunnel to the base of Glen Canyon Dam where you board your raft and head down the Colorado, around Horseshoe Bend on your way to Lee's Ferry where you board a bus for your return to Page. There were 16 people on our tour so we were comfortably spaced on the raft.

Good park. Friendly staff, our site, #24, was level and clean. Water, electric and cable worked ok. The restrooms, showers and pool were clean and well maintained. Didn't use the wifi. All in all a good campground. Will definitely return here when in the area again. We camped at Page Lake Powell Campground in a Motorhome.

The pull-thru site we had wasn't at all level... in fact, none of the motorhomes in pull-thrus near us were level. We each had to practically lift our rear wheels off the ground to even come close, and that's a bad thing since that's where your parking brakes are. The site itself was shady with well-trimmed trees on each side. The utilities worked well and there was a lot of space between sites on both sides. It's a decent park and a decent value. Would I come back? Maybe, but I think I'd ask for one of their more level back-in spaces instead of the hillside pull-thru we had. We camped at Page Lake Powell Campground in a Motorhome.

I liked this campground and really didn't have all the complaints everyone else seems to have. We had a back in site without any problems leveling, nor did we have problems with trees. We were situated on the side of the campground near the old A Frame, which is now an exercise room. This part was obviously an old KOA. The desk clerk was very friendly with me and we talked about a few things. I walked around thru the permanent sites and they all seemed fine, very much the boater/lake people with their toys. The big draw here is Lake Powell. There are lots of ways to enjoy it (the best being house boating) If only we could put our RV on a barge and drive onto the lake! Ha Ha. Tips for other Campers:

Find some swimming holes on the East side of the dam and walk down to the Hanging Gardens or a swimming spot. Or use the day use area at Wahweap. Take a boat tour of the lake, rent a boat or kayak...At Lone Rock beach you can swim and kayak. Antelope Canyon is fantastic, get a tour when the sun is suppose to hit the opening for great pictures. Horseshoe Bend is a bit of a hike out but is a great view and very crowded.
