Apr 2015 - $35.00
We camped here for over a month and the monthly rate was $200 plus metered electricity. (I believe the monthly rate increased to $225 in Feb. ) For the very reasonable price, this is a satisfactory place to stay. There are no real amenities (just a laundry), the sites are very close together but everything works. The view of the Cochise Stronghold, especially at sunset, was amazing. The Wi-Fi was about the best we've encountered and several antenna TV stations were very clear. They have an adequate number of washers and dryers but no counters to fold clothes on. The location is the main draw...very close to the Cochise Stronghold and the Chiricahua Monument. - Jan and Larry
Mar 2014 - $30.00
Nice manager, but place is run-down. Almost entirely very long-term rentals with old broken down trailers and motorhomes. No facilities other than laundry (we did not use). I would only stay here if very desperate (rig breaking down on way somewhere better). - Doc Vegas
Feb 2014 - $30.00
Simple, gravel RV park with no real amenities. Park is under new management who are working hard to bring it to a higher standard. A good stop for exploring Cochise Stronghold and Chiricahua National Monument. Easy day trip to Douglas or Bisbee from the park. Front sites are 30amp and close together, but still room for our 40', 4 slide motorhome. New sites toward the back have more room and 50amp. - DiplomatTraveler

Ok, but only acceptable. Basically a lot with some hookups behind a restaurant. Restrooms are in restaurant and not available when restaurant is closed. There is WiFi available at the restaurant and a table next to restaurant to use it when Restaurant is closed. - marsingbob
Apr 2013 - $25.00
The location is perfect for exploring Chiricahua Nat. Monument or Fort Bowie. This is a campground in the desert, not much shade to expect. The sites are large enough to accommodate any size of RV. They are dirt, fairly level, full hook-ups with easy access. All have concrete pads. There is no cable and no WiFi but excellent Verizon coverage. The washrooms are dated but nice and clean. After a quiet night (traffic started at 5am) we had a great breakfast (full hot breakfast at $4 to $8) at their restaurant which is very recommendable. We would stay there again. - TheSchweitzers

Feb 2016 - $35.00
The best feature of this park is the location among the large rocks and boulders of the area, which makes for very interesting walks (that's why I give four stars). The campground itself is dusty dirt and some sites are very unlevel. Fortunately, we checked out our site before going to the office, and asked to change because it was so unlevel. The person said take any site you want. The patio consisted of a very weathered picnic table. Hookups were fine and the wifi was fast. The saloon is only open on Saturday, so on other days there is no place to eat in Dragoon. The RV park was almost empty and the whole ranch seemed "dead". If you like to ride horses, though, this is a place for you. - Dr. John
Apr 2015 - $35.00
Stayed here one night while passing through the area. Called the prior month to ensure we had a site since previous reviews indicated the park stayed busy, also confirmed the day of our arrival. Friendly and efficient check in. Our pull thru site had an unusual orientation but worked for us. Water, sewer, elec worked fine. Very good Wifi. One english speaking TV channel from our antenna. Since we had limited time, we spent a couple of hours walking around the park, very interesting. If possible, stay over on a Saturday night. The Saloon is open on Saturday for food and live music and was very good, one of the highlights of our trip. - threehendersons
May 2014 - $35.00
What a nice surprise! We found a small RV park nestled in a canyon as part of a guest ranch. Our site was on gravel and on a slight incline, surrounded by mesquite and other native trees. Stargazing was incredible. Highway noise was nonexistent. Also, a full service saloon and grill are onsite. The food was very good. We will definitely be back, and perhaps next time, we will have time for a trail ride. - Zaneyboy

This is our second time staying for a couple of days at this park. The sites we stayed in were pull-thrus and getting in and out is very easy. The sites are not very wide especially when you have slide-outs on your rig and the neighbor also has a slideout, but it was okay for a weekend. The sites are level and is composed of rock. The utilities worked fine although you may need to have to add an extension hose to the sewer since it is at the back of the site. They offer cable TV for a few bucks extra but have a limited number of stations. I was able to get all of the network stations on my OTA antenna which seemed to surprise the owners. The owners are extremely nice and even have a waffle breakfast on Sunday mornings. We were there for the wine festival and they offered shuttle service to the festival. I-10 is visible in the distance and you do get some ambient noise and the business route into town is right next to the park so you get quite a bit of noise from that. The trains do run fairly often, but they do not use their horns so that noise is not bad at all. - akeller156
Apr 2018 - $21.00
Good place for overnight. Our site was next to the highway, so lots of morning traffic noise. Very dusty, but it is Az., so that is to be expected. Advertise free waffles every morning, but the person that does the cooking is recovering from hip surgery, so that has been temporarily cancelled. Mostly permanent, but still a good value. Utilities worked well, several ota tv channels, cable was $3 more. Easy access. Overall a good value with discount. Will stay again. - Rick & Pam
Mar 2018 - $24.00
Fine for an over night. Easy-off mile from I-10 traffic noise, but a highway in front of campground has some traffic - calms down by bedtime. Free coffee and waffles each morning. Take your own table service/mug. Small tables and chairs outdoors to eat (we brought ours back to RV). My only complaint was they told me $17 for P.A. and failed to note another $5 fee for electric, plus tax, so actually $24!! Think they should have noted that with the rate quote. - User1723

Very nice campground for a short stay. There are only 14 sites but were not full. Only negative is there was no laundry facilities but there was a nice laundromat in Willcox. Would recommend. - Smokinghawk49
Dec 2018 - $24.00
Small park about half long term but sites are neat. Sites and roads are small red rock/dirt. Sites are long but close (some closer than others) with just a small strip of grass between sites. Our site was pretty level. We fit with our 45 MH and tow. There is some train rumbling off in the distance. Very little road noise just a bit from I-10BL. There is a neat saloon on-site with pool tables, dance floor and full bar. There is outdoor seating too. Verizon was 4g 4 bars and Directv worked fine. Their WII FI worked great. If you are headed west on I-10 take exit 336 and it's only 2 miles to the park. Our GPS wanted us to exit earlier and take us through town. We would definitely stay here again. - Free
Apr 2018 - $12.00
Small park but we had plenty of room with a 42 foot coach with toad -- Good gravel interior roads -- Good overnight park -- Would stay here again -- - George Crow

Jan 2019 - $28.00
Overnight RV sites are located in an open gravel lot. Hook ups were placed in the center. All utilities worked well, good water pressure. Internet was spotty at best. We had no connection until a fifth wheel moved out two spaces away. At the office/community room the Internet was excellent. Laundry on site was good. $1 wash/$.50 dryers. Park was very quiet. Train nearby, no horn though. Sites are level and access is wide open. Any size rig could stop here. - DJR CMR
Apr 2018 - $23.00
This is a multi-use park, there are both RV's and mobile homes, but don't let that deter you from here. Park is very clean, staff is very friendly and helpful. Wifi works well for checking news and email. Electric is steady and water pressure good. They are back-to-back sites, but we had an entire site to ourselves as the season is slowing down. The washers are .50 and dryers same. Neat little clubhouse with DVD/book lending library, tv room, snack machines. The mobiles here are clean and neat, they are on the perimeter of the property with the RV's in the center. Quiet, trains rumble, but we heard no horns and little traffic noise. Price is right and manager is welcoming. A stay for the night here is well spent, a few nights touring the area would not be bad at all. We checked out the other parks, this looked to be the cleanest. We would stay here again while in the area. - Fixn2gocamp
Mar 2018 - $28.00
We were very happy with the park. Open sites with gravel, not dirt, and all utilities were good. Plenty of room with easy access. No length limitation. Others have reported good wifi but we were not so lucky. We will stay again. - camprats

Feb 2019 - $40.00
This is a clean, well-maintained campground, which is big-rig friendly. It is worth the short 2-mile drive (or you can ride their shuttle) to Historic Tombstone. RV parks in town looked very tight. Good gravel interior roads and sites. Short-term sites are long, mostly level pull-throughs, which are fairly roomy. There is a fenced, gravel dog area, a large swimming pool and laundry. Dirt trail (ATV road?) behind camping area was good for walking my dogs. Owners are friendly and helpful. No OTA TV reception or AT&T service, though Verizon worked OK. We would stay here again. - FranM
Jan 2019 - $36.00
It's natural to want to be as close to the action as possible, but when it comes to selecting RV parks located in downtown Tombstone-don't do it! Once you see them, you'll understand why. Tombstone RV Park is only 1 ½ miles out of town and is infinitely cleaner and more roomy. Check-in was friendly and efficient. Monthly rentals are back-in's, shorter stays are all pull-thrus on thick, nicely groomed gravel. That said, the only remaining spot for our short stay turned out to be a constricted (by a tree) back-in, clearly not intended for a large rig. Our park host was positively wonderful; after guiding us to the site, he willingly and pleasantly backed us in, offered to pick up and deliver our propane refill and pointed out his site if we needed anything after hours. He never stopped hustling. Management which hires like this cares about excellence. The whole park was well maintained, organized and carefully monitored for guest safety and comfort. Rec room and pool very inviting. Laundry & showers spotless. Utilities were conveniently located, water pressure was strong and electricity was reliable. Only minor leveling required in site # 8. Down sides: No cable TV was a bummer, as OTA reception was minimal and of poor quality. Cell service spotty. No dumpsters, only a series of ordinary trash containers. Wi-Fi was difficult during peak evening hours but good at other times. BTW, your dog will cost you an extra $4.00 during your stay. It's the price we pay for all those mindless owners who feel entitled to let someone else clean up after their pet. On balance, we spent 4 nights in this park and were really pleased with our choice. I think you will be too. - TMN-15

This is more a motel than RV park, but the owner maintains a small, mini, RV park. It's very sheltered from noise and pleasant. Good, unobstructed access to both DirecTV and Dish satellites and the power and water pressure are both excellent. The owner, is very pleasant to deal with and will do his best to accommodate you. While the park is more geared to long term, its worth a phone call to see if they have a spot. It's only a 2 block walk to downtown Tombstone and all the fun that goes on there daily. - GregK

Jan 2019 - $45.00
We spent three nights here on our way to Arizona. This park is VERY old and needs major updating!! The RV's are packed in tightly, so you can't use your awning and you can BARELY get your slides out! We knew what we were getting, but chose this park for it's convenient location....which was perfect! It's right downtown, so you can walk to all the attractions and bars/restaurants. If it wasn't for the location, I would have rated this park a #2. LOL! There are many OLD RV's that haven't moved in some time. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful. This park is perfect for a night or two if you just want to see the local sights. - SewBzzzy
Jul 2018 - $36.00
This is a small park and when it is full, it is tight. But, it is at the end of town so you don't have to drive. The people here are friendly and want you to be happy. Hook-ups are fine, don't have cable. You share an electric post so there is one 30 amp and one 50 amp, first come first serve. Maybe make a reservation? Some sites have an angle and you have to figure out how to park. - Crsltman
Apr 2018 - $36.00
We were in #10 & were able to pull straight in from the street onto cement tracks. We were level & did not need to unhook - a plus when only staying one night. It was a double spot but no one was assigned next door to us. It probably would have felt tight if there had been. The best thing was that we could walk to all the Tombstone sites. It was really nice to walk down a deserted & quiet main street back to our spot after a late evening ghost walk. We are very glad that we rolled the dice on this RV park. Definitely recommend this park if you are planning on seeing the Tombstone sites. - 2togoNebraska

We could not find anywhere to pay if the lodge wasn't open. There was a group of campers who had just come from a rally who had been convinced by the Grand Ruler to join the Elks. About 50 people followed him back to Wilcox lodge where they were inducted. Water and 30-amp electric worked fine. There is no wifi in the camping area. This is a convenient stop off the interstate. - Melodycthomas
Mar 2017 - $15.00
Probably the best deal in Willcox, if you have to stop there. Must be an elks member. Side by side sites are a little close together, but the park was nearly empty when I visited. Good wifi. No amenities, but decent place to overnight. - KAP99
May 2016 - $15.00
Nice well laid out park with reasonable amount of room between spaces.
Great for a easy overnight stay.
Self check in, and your pick of available space.
Trains a little noisy but not bad considering the $15.00 cost.
We stay here regularly. - happyflyer
