I suspect this is a great park in the winter for snowbirds. But for an RV in the summer: not so good. Electricity was not good. I wasn't getting full 50amps and you need every bit of it when it's 110 degrees. Pool and clubhouse was very nice but the AC in the gameroom was very bad. We camped at Roadrunner Lake Resort (55+ Park) in a Motorhome.

I would not recommend this resort during the summer months, as the pool was like bath water with debris falling from the palm trees into the pool. The site size is very very tight. No grass anywhere to dogs to walk on. People are unfriendly. Said "Good morning" to everyone we passed on the streets, no one person acknowledged. Especially, I said "Hello" to a lady riding a bike, she did not respond. However, as we were walking our two dogs towards the lake area, she yelled out that we are not permitted to walk dogs in this area, only on the perimeter of the property. The perimeter was asphalt and concrete. The website is very deceiving. It is in a very bad looking neighborhood. We camped at Roadrunner Lake Resort (55+ Park) in a Motorhome.

55+ park, but allows 38+. One of the best parks we have ever parked our 40' coach. We are insurance property adjusters and stay at many parks across the nation. Roadrunner has a 1st class staff and park. Always friendly and accommodating. The park is sparkling clean and friendly residents. We were sad to leave, and know we will stay there again when back in the area. Kim and Kathy are so friendly and helpful. We call Roadrunner 'Pleasantville'. Must visit and treat yourself to an awesome time. Great location to many activities, but quiet and away from traffic. Security guard on duty. Thank you Roadrunner - you are top of our list of great places to park! We camped at Roadrunner Lake Resort (55+ Park) in a Motorhome.
