We spent three nights here on our way to Arizona. This park is VERY old and needs major updating!! The RV's are packed in tightly, so you can't use your awning and you can BARELY get your slides out! We knew what we were getting, but chose this park for it's convenient location....which was perfect! It's right downtown, so you can walk to all the attractions and bars/restaurants. If it wasn't for the location, I would have rated this park a #2. LOL! There are many OLD RV's that haven't moved in some time. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful. This park is perfect for a night or two if you just want to see the local sights. We camped at Wells Fargo RV Park in a Motorhome.

This is a small park and when it is full, it is tight. But, it is at the end of town so you don't have to drive. The people here are friendly and want you to be happy. Hook-ups are fine, don't have cable. You share an electric post so there is one 30 amp and one 50 amp, first come first serve. Maybe make a reservation? Some sites have an angle and you have to figure out how to park. We camped at Wells Fargo RV Park in a Motorhome.

Very old park for narrow RV's yet they fit you in. Right in town so you can see all of Tombstone walking 1/2 block. There is nothing here except the neccessities and it serves the purpose. We stayed two nights thinking we needed that to visit the city. Management of the park goes out of their way to help all guests. Tax on site is paid for military active or not. We camped at Wells Fargo RV Park in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Take 3 hours for Tombstone and then be sure to pre-register a tour at Kartchner Caverns. The tour books up but is great if you plan ahead. Not much shopping to get it in Benson or even stay there and drive into Tombstone. Walmart in Sierra Vista is very good and much more shopping there.

Located in the center of Tombstone with easy access to all the downtown Tombstone sites. All gravel and sites are very very close with some full timers that have some fairly old RV's. Wifi is lousy if you can ever get it to work. If you want the convenience to the local attractions it is great, I would stay again but only if I am staying for one or possibly two nights. We camped at Wells Fargo RV Park in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Impressed with many of the stores and their prices. I didn't feel like they were trying to gouge the tourist. Some stores that were high but most were very reasonable. We bought a two pairs of boots and jeans at the Bronco Trading Company. They were very nice and even had a sale we took advantaged of. For the ladies they may want to check out the Shady Lady. Both are on Allen Street. We did one of the tours though most are on the high side price wise. Everyone was very nice and helpful.

We had a pull through site and the sites are narrow, you may be door to door with one neighbor. That being said, park was clean and office friendly and helpful. Location is great, it's 1 block from OK Corral ( gunfight kinda hokey but fun). Also easy walk to rest of Tombstone. If we came back to area, we'd stay again. Friendly staff, conveniently located and within walking distance of most of the things to see and do in Tombstone. We stayed here on a Monday afternoon/night and what I would describe as the separate travelers' section of the Park was only a third occupied. So there was ample space between rigs. We camped at Wells Fargo RV Park in a Motorhome.

We have stayed here several times. It is right on the main street of Tombstone, within easy walking distance of all the major tourist attractions of Tombstone, except Boot Hill which is a little distance away. Verizon worked well there, so we didn't use the WiFi, although it was free. Tombstone is a really fun place, and we always enjoy our stay there. We have always stayed at Wells Fargo RV Park. However, be warned, it can become extremely crowded. The park is fairly small, and there is very little space between sites. When large rigs are parked next to each other, you are literally door to door. This gives you very little privacy and no ability to open your awning or set out a barbeque. They often have to share the pedestal and use a splitter to give each RV 50 amps. We camped at Wells Fargo RV Park in a Motorhome.

The daily rate reflects the fact we stayed a month. Yes the sites are tight but the convenience of being right in the historical section of town is worth it. We were fortunate because we were put into a large roomy site. This park is old but very clean, and the staff is very helpful and friendly. The cable TV was good, the Wi-Fi average. Verizon works great. We will stay here again. Highly recommend this park. So much to see and do while learning about the history of the old west. We camped at Wells Fargo RV Park in a Motorhome.

This park is literally across the street from the OK Corral. You can walk to all of the attractions in downtown Tombstone. It is a gravel lot but is easy to get in and out of. We drove a 39 foot motorhome with 50 amp service. We had a little trouble with the electric, but the gentleman working for the park got us squared away even though it was 11:00 pm. We would definitely stay here again. We camped at Wells Fargo RV Park in a Motorhome.

Park very convenient for all the Tombstone attractions. The park is so close to town that we would walk back to the RV for lunch. The sites are gravel however, they keep them racked down daily. We were there just before the summer rush and found the sites to be very spacious. We have 3 slide outs and did not feel confined and we had neighbors on both sides. We will stay here again if our travels bring us back to Tombstone. We camped at Wells Fargo RV Park in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

This campground is right in the middle of the historic district of Tombstone between Fremont Street and Allen. You can walk to everything in town except for Boot Hill, which is a stop one can make driving in on 80 from the north. Sites are crowded but they have Wi-Fi, cable, full hookups, laundry, and a bath house. The manager was very friendly and informative at check in, and the places he recommended were all great. Your receipt can be used for a discount at some of the restaurants and museums in town just ask at check in. Tombstone is surrounded by mountains and is a fun town to visit even for just a one night stopover. We camped at Wells Fargo RV Park in a Motorhome.

This CG is just a stones throw from all the action on Allen St. Park is gravel and fairly level. Sites are tight and you are close to your neighbor but was able to get all three slides out. The managers are absolutely great with knowledge of the area and assistance in the park. They had that "can do, no problem" attitude! Wi-Fi was painfully slow but managers were up front about this at registration. Apparently, it is a provider issue. Would definitely stay here again. We camped at Wells Fargo RV Park in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

This RV park is close to the old downtown Tombstone district. The RV spaces are very small. If have a pull-through, you may not be able to put out your awning and you will have a neighbor looking right in your door or window. The rates are a little high, but you are close to town. Their Wi-Fi was very slow. The manager HATES dogs, so be prepared: you have to walk them outside the park. We camped at Wells Fargo RV Park in a Motorhome.

Great facilities, very well run and with very friendly owners willing to impart their local knowledge, tips and discounts from local attractions to their guests. An excellent park and we were only about 100 meters from the OK Coral as well. The kids loved the fact that they were sleeping so close to the historic gunfight. Will definitely stay there again if passing near Tombstone! We camped at Wells Fargo RV Park in a Motorhome.
