This was our fourth stay at Voyager since we started full-timing. This time we stayed 8 nights, and had a job to do - we moved our storage unit contents to Tucson so we could work on getting rid of our stuff when we come back for the winter! The park was fairly empty, the "season" hasn't yet started. The gals in the office were great, and found an easy pull-through for us. It worked out well and even had room for us to park the moving truck in our site, along with our 45' fifth wheel AND our Freightliner. We ate at the bar & grill almost every day, and while we didn't use any of the other facilities it looked like everything was available while we were there. We're looking forward to returning in January! We camped at Voyager RV Resort & Hotel in a Fifth Wheel.

Ok for an overnight at Passport rates with the fairgrounds closed. Although it kinda gripes me to pay a 'resort' fee for facilities and services I won't use. Although they are extensive (!). Hopefully on a longer stay they'd compensate for being set up on a monster asphalt parking lot with close site spacing. Although I understand there are some sites mixed in with the park models. We camped at Voyager RV Resort & Hotel in a Motorhome.

Simply one of the best parks we've stayed in. The sites are large and level, the people are welcoming and helpful, and the amenities are out of this world. There is always something going on, from concerts, to crafts of every kind you can imagine, to current event discussion groups, and of course Pickle Ball. This is an active, vibrant community that makes everyone feel at home. We camped at Voyager RV Resort & Hotel in a Motorhome.

The Titan Missile museum is well worth a trip. You'll actually go down into a decommissioned missile silo and launch room. Sobering and fascinating.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The facility was awesome. You can keep as busy as you want to as there are a lot of activities they offer. The only complaint that I had was about my site. I had to take a wired brush to clean up the water spicket so my hose could attach. The sewer connection was broken but I was able to jam my hose to it. The lost was unlevel. I needed to place wood under one side of the rigs tires. The rated was based on the TT trails collection option. I would stay there again. We camped at Voyager RV Resort & Hotel in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a very nice RV Park. We pulled in earlier than expected on a Saturday and the front desk was very accommodating. The person in charge of showing us to our site came into reception and informed the check in employee that the site they had reserved for us would not fit our 42' coach comfortably. He then went out to find another spot that would. For that we were very grateful. The park is a mix of park models and RV spots. Getting into the new space (between two park models) was a bit tricky due to the placement of light posts, but we made it. Leveling was easy. All utilities worked well - they even offered cable with 10 channels. No Wifi at the site. You'd think in this day and age they'd have that figured out. Internet at the site was possible for a fee, but the $75 "connection" charge made it not cost-effective for a one week stay. So it's possible, just at an unrealistic price. Lots of activities at the park - pickle ball, bocce ball, shuffleboard, different classes, pools, bands - being there for only a week we didn't indulge in any of it. We did use the fitness center which is nicely equipped. They even had a flea market of sorts one day we were there. There's a restaurant on site, ample laundry, and guard gated entry. Felt safe and was very clean. We'd go back again. No Wifi would be our only reason not to since we work when traveling and that's a big deal for us. We camped at Voyager RV Resort & Hotel in a Motorhome.

This is a Thousand Trails/Encore park. We stayed here because our friends had family have a house in the community. We were fortunate that we stayed a little over a month so our rate was very reasonable, otherwise its like $50/nite and would not be worth it. We did have to pay for electric separately but it was around $0.095/kWh. The transient area is very tight (almost lost our passenger awnings twice due to new arrivals) and very long. No trees. The pool and other facilities looked well maintained. There are a lot of rules in this park. So many that it was hard to keep track of what you could or not do. Ex: Sewing room hours are M-S 5-10pm and all day Sunday except between 1-3 the cutting table is not available. So, I went on a Sunday about 1130 but was told I needed to vacate by 1230 because some quilting class was going to be taught. But, the quilting folks had several other times throughout the week reserved so why during open sew time?? I used the room and left never to return. Their machines were barely useable and the times were too restrictive. People were friendly as was management except for the mailroom lady. Never a smile and you have to pry your mail from her if you don't have the purple slip someone is to deliver 3 days after your tracking notification arrives. You are supposed to wear badges everywhere in the park so they know you are a guest/member. Guess how many times we had to run back to get the badges - yep, lots. Christmas time was pleasant. They had a nice choir and a non-denomination service was held. The grill and bar was good with reasonable prices. We would stay again but only if our TT friends were staying. We camped at Voyager RV Resort & Hotel in a Motorhome.

We stayed five nights at Voyager on our way through to California and north for the holidays. We've been here before and loved it. This time we used our Thousand Trails "Trails Collection" to get the $20 rate. This park is super-clean, and has every activity you could imagine. Everyone is welcomed and has full use of the facilities. I was able to check out a key for the sewing room and take advantage of the large tables to get some projects started. We were able to rest a bit, get some things done, and check out the spot we would have when we come back in January. There's a restaurant on-site that has decent food, nothing fancy - but great when you don't feel like cooking. Their tortilla soup is really good, I'd eat that every day if they had it! The park was pretty empty, the "season" hasn't started yet for most of the snowbirds. The premium site we had this time is larger than the regular sites, most of the premiums are pull-thrus and they are fairly spacious side-to-side. They have cable, but ours was fuzzy, and you can get great reception OTA from the local Tucson stations. The gals in the office and the mailroom are friendly and helpful. All-in-all a great place, we'll be back! We camped at Voyager RV Resort & Hotel in a Fifth Wheel.

Arizona Propane is nearby and has great prices. Costco is not too far away, and there is every kind of shopping in Tucson. You can get mail at this resort, and it doesn't matter if it's USPS, FedEx, or UPS - makes it handy for us full-timers.

Great park with great amenities! Gated community with over 1500 sites. About 900 sites are annual park models. Some residents are full time and some are seasonal. They have upgraded electrical, have a new phone system and are resurfacing some of the roads. Recent change of management causing lots of speculations and rumors. The park has come very lax over the years. Little if no enforcement of rules. Lots of weeds, inside furniture outside including kitchen appliances. Also construction is not under control thus construction of unapproved material and structures. The country club looks more like a cow pasture with vegetation around the trees, along the fences and walls. This is a resort that looks more like a trailer park! We camped at Voyager RV Resort & Hotel in a Cabin.

Big rig friendly with level sites. Good to be escorted to site because large resort. WiFi was good at our site most of time and a WiFi hotspot close to the laundry. Many activities available including daily water aerobics, pickleball, crafts, quilting, weekly entertainment, exercise room, and many others. Materials for quilting and crafts were provided to make which was donated to local charities. Large dog park was nice and bags were provided. Easy to walk dog and ride bicycle throughout resort. Our 42-foot Long was a little snug to back in. We decided to make it a longer visit for Winter. We came here just for an exploratory visit as I do not like hot hot areas. We were on our way to Gulf Shores Alabama. Well let me tell you within 10 days we both decided this is where we're going to spend every winter. Majority of it is way above average to excellent. They need to put a little bit more money into the bathroom shower areas and maintenance and updating. It was clean it was fine. But the rest place is amazing. Yes, I think the sites are too narrow. But it's a twenty-five-year-old mobile home park. Almost everyone is Uber friendly. There are Park models if you get tired of traveling and you can spend time in that one. We really don't want people to discover this because Tucson is not crazy busy unless there's a concert. Campground is fantastic. Well I can understand campgrounds today see no reason to widen a lot if it's always full. We camped at Voyager RV Resort & Hotel in a Fifth Wheel.

This is our third stay at Voyager and probably our last. When I look at how much it cost per night for a week stay compared to our site, it is too much money. We were parked very close to others and the park had large areas close to us that had no one parked in them. I know we are paying for the amenities like the pools, activities and the restaurant but when you are only there for a week you don't use those things. We chose Voyager because we had relatives coming and liked having a hotel on the grounds for them to stay in. Our family was very dissatisfied with the cleanliness (old stained carpet and stale smell) of the room and the poor service. They had difficulty getting into their room and then the next day they were locked out and had to track down someone to let them in. All in all a disappointing experience for both families. We camped at Voyager RV Resort & Hotel in a Motorhome.

Nice, large RV park. We were told it's about 60% snowbirds, 30% live-ins, and 10% travelers. There's a section reserved for travelers. Gravel pull-thru, FHU-50. Not quite level sites -sloped. Levelers needed. Very long spot but hard to pull into as the sites are not angled...they are square with the road. Person leads you to site - and that's a good thing as it's a huge park! Sites have more of a sidewalk than a patio, but there's a small picnic table on it. Amenities are very good and all is well maintained. No wifi. Cable. Sites are narrow but pull-thru's are staggered so that you are not looking right into your neighbor's rig. Internal roads are OK. We were there only 2 days while visiting friends so did not take advantage of the lovely pool and huge hot tub. Would love to stay here again for longer and use the amenities! We camped at Voyager RV Resort & Hotel in a Fifth Wheel.

Very happy with our stay here. The sites are spacious, whole park is well kept. You will be escorted to your site and helped to get into it if you need it. Many permanent residents...but felt very friendly and welcoming. Showers and restrooms clean and modern. I have never seen so many organized activities and special events in an RV park. Lots to explore in the Tucson area. On and off road(desert) bicycling accessible from the park. The park is very large so it can be a bit of a long walk to the shower/restroom/pools, depending what area you are put in. I only deducted a point because wifi was only at certain locations centrally and was very slow. Restaurant on site and small store. Great Craft Market on site twice a month. We stayed a month and will be back. We camped at Voyager RV Resort & Hotel in a Fifth Wheel.

Bicycle trails in the desert right outside the park. Also accessibility to paved trails about a mile up Kolb Rd. at Julian Wash which connects to Tucson Loop. Pima Air Museum, Old Tucson Studios were both great days. Winter Classic Show Jumping at Pima Fairgrounds was a short drive. Further to Tubac for tons of craft shops. Saguaro National Park, Tucson Mountain Park, the Biosphere, Catalina State Park, Tombstone...each one doable with some driving in a day trip. I could go on.

It is a beautiful park, however I was SO irritated by the LONG check in process. It took an hour of waiting to be escorted to our space. We were staying for 3 nights, and most of the activities were geared for long term residents, and most things were not available for the weekend. The wi-fi was not available unless you walked to the hot spot areas, and the place is large. You could buy a plan for $60/month. I had made a 3 day reservation for our return trip, but I will cancel and NOT come again (unless it is a long term stay - 3 months?) We camped at Voyager RV Resort & Hotel in a Travel Trailer.

This is the biggest and best park we have ever been in. There are 1600 spots of which about 250 are RV spots and the rest seasonal. There is EVERYTHING here. About 300 planned activities per month, There is a health clinic, spa, message, wood shop, wood, burning, resteraunt, bar, store, stained glass shop and more!!!!! The sites are back in but you can pull through if they are not booked. Verizon cell is good and satellite easy to set up. We will definatly re-visit the park!
