Dec 2018 - $35.00
Little known RV campground by the City of Bella Vista. Asphalt parking pads. Beautiful valley with creek. Not recommended for 'camping' but great as a place to park the RV and go exploring the region. Affordable and clean. - WeGo2See
Sep 2018 - $32.00
Very nice park owned/run by Bella Vista Property Owners Association. Sites are all back-in, but there's plenty of room to maneuver. Sites are a little close together.. The park was only about half full. but we stayed during the week. Could be full on weekends or when school is out. Very quiet while we were here. Would come back here - BabsinCA
Aug 2018 - $32.00
We stayed one night in May of 2018. The site was clean and nearly level; we only had to do minor shimming. The sites are close together but there is adequate room for a few lawn chairs. There are a few trails that connect to the park and are good for short hikes and are easy to moderate skill level. The park is only about one mile from the highway and everything is paved leading to the park. - CroweTravels

Jun 2016 - $33.00
Quiet park just off 49 highway, asphalt lot with concrete slabs. Trailers close together, no picnic tables or fire pits at individual sites. Located near bathroom/laundry is a covered community picnic area. Walking trails available onsite. Cable down, TV reception poor receiving only 2 channels. Wi-fi works. Probably won't stay again. - Noni
Jun 2016 - $29.00
Asphalt road and pad with cement for patio. No table, no fire pit, no grill, no cable. Wifi was good, but antenna would not pick up any TV channels.
Okay for overnight stay since it does have electric, water, and sewer. - Alabama Jim
Apr 2016 - $30.00
We were not told until after we had registered, that the park has discontinued cable (they haven't changed the website either). Antenna TV is virtually nonexistent. Only one channel came in clearly. Water lines is shared with adjacent sites. It is like a large parking lot. We did not see any sites with shade as is stated in their description of the park. We would not return here. - tandb62

The is a clean park with all roads paved and concrete slabs to park your rig on. For those that Golf they have a nice course. - Woody280z
Oct 2018 - $50.00
My thoughts on this park are: Expensive, Parking lot & golfer's dream. We selected this park for it's full service. Other parks are available but most without sewer hook up. Half the clientele work full time in the region. It is very close to anything in NW Arkansas. Our 50amp service was not working but since the spaces are close we just plugged in to the vacant site next to us. They were immediately helpful in sending a maintenance person to fix the issue and when more work was going to be needed they just let us continue with the next spot's electric and did not rent it out, nor did we have to move. - WeGo2See
Apr 2018 - $50.00
Although the RV Park was an afterthought and the main emphasis is on the golf course, it's still not a bad place. It's in the country and pretty quite, even though you are on a two lane road, we didn't hear much traffic. Check in was a mess. That was the first clue that the golf course was a priority and the RV park was not. The are was clean, concrete pads, ours was level. Easy in and easy out with a 40 ft. 5th wheel. Due to the location and you need to stay in the Bentonville / Rogers area it's worth a stay. - SL592

Nice Corp of Engineer park with lots of campsites, all back-in. Reserve on line and check in at the gate which can get backed up as there are many boaters and day use folks trying to get in. Roads are easy to navigate. The area is wooded. Our site was level; some sites did not appear so especially the older sites near the lake. Electric 50A or 30A available and water hookup, no sewer but a dump station is available. There is plenty to do- swimming, boating, fishing, hiking, bicycling. Staff are friendly. We were impressed with this park and would definitely come back. - mohocamper
Apr 2018 - $12.00
Steep grading getting into park. Sites are very small, very tight and most are not level. A lot of trees that should have been cut down too close to sites so hard to park RV. Many have deep drop offs so when you step out of your RV you have a 2 to 3 foot drop off. Don't take a 32' 5th wheel in to the park without checking out all the sites before you go. Sites not build for large RV. People were nice and helpful. - Bette Johnson
Oct 2017 - $30.00
This is a beautiful park and we really enjoyed it. A couple of issues did arise. First, there was no dumpster anywhere near our campsite. (77) luckily we did not make much trash and were able to dump it on our way out. Normally we camp with a lot of people and this would have been an issue. Second, the sites are very unlevel. We had to work hard to level our motor home. We loved the park though and will be back. - jeanne2072

Way overpriced for the barest of amenities. $2 deposit required for a dirty bathroom without toilet paper: it's their policy NOT to provide it because some people stole rolls of it at some point. Toilet was housed with a water heater with a gas leak, dirt and leaves on the floor where they'd blown in under the 1/2 in space under the door. Managers usually unavailable, indifferent to condition of facility. One space for overnight visitors. I would strongly recommend NOT using this park even for an overnight. The single, dated review claiming clean bathrooms was probably posted by the owner. - anthemtour
Dec 2009 - $20.00
Quiet, shady park. It is very close to everything & minutes from a beautiful Beaver Lake. Easy access off 71B. Great monthly prices!! - mkd

This is a very clean RV park that caters to long term and full time RVers. They have full hookups including 70+ channels of cable TV. There are no public restrooms or showers but there is a laundry room available for residents. We have stayed here for six months in 2010 and we are back for another six month stay. My wife is a travel nurse. Park is about five miles from downtown Rogers and just a couple of miles from Beaver Lake. Address is 15479 East Hwy 12, Rogers, AR 72756. GPS coordinates are N 36°20'109" and W 094°02'365" - fdave

We stayed here with the sole purpose of visiting the Pea Ridge National Military Park. It was within 10 miles of the park so the drive was convenient. You better write or print the directions from the highway to the RV park from the RV website because we could not locate it on either of the two navigation systems we use (Garmin and EZ Navigator). It is approximately 7 to 9 miles off the freeway and down a windy road. We didn't know that when we selected it and may have looked elsewhere. The park itself is interesting. Some long term folks, campsites on steep terraces, and gravel roads. Very tight turns maneuvering. Probably wouldn't stay here again. - Badge
Jun 2012 - $22.00
Staff friendly and helped get us to our site. Sites are long: able to get a 40' and tow vehicle in. Very shaded. Sites are gravel and level with good hookups: park is multi-level. Hard to maneuver for big rigs but got sites by road. Lot of permanent campers live here. No real access to lake. Has clean showers and laundry room. No pool, closest store 3 miles away. OK campground if you want to just sit and relax. - Leah B
Oct 2010 - $19.00
We stayed here for three days during the Bikes, Blues and BBQ Rally. The office staff was really nice and helpful. The site was a long pull through, hook ups were in good working order and arranged nicely. There is a lot of room between sites, security was excellent, and the park was quiet at night. This park is the best deal going for the money in the area. I'd definitely stay here again. - Andrew Birk

It is so nice to find a park that caters to long term stays. We had to live here for 3 months while our house with being renovated. They are very pet friendly with extended grounds to walk your dog. The owners was easy going, they live on site and monitors the grounds. We felt very safe and you won't find a cleaner pool! - nicci

We stopped here based on the previous rating. The person rating this RV park a "10" is the same person who believes McDonald's is gourmet dining. This park looks like a junkyard. We drove through the park and just kept going. I later discovered that Trailer Life Directory's rating of this park is 5.5/4/3. The "3" is for visual appearance. I think they pretty well nailed it. - Gander

My family has really enjoyed staying at this park. The owners are very friendly and ready to help you have a good stay. They keep a good eye on things around the park and keep the facilities in good shape year-round. You will not find a better pool to swim in during the summer, it is pristine and well maintained. - DFellow

I agree with all that the previous poster said but the sites are NOT level, especially front to back. All sites along the river have a very high hump in them. I imagine it serves as a sort of levee if the river floods. But the hump makes it very difficult to level and it also made it almost impossible to get the truck unhitched. We were there in their post high season so we were the only rig in the park. We would not stay here again. - User2209
Jul 2014 - $15.00
Passport America rate. We liked the funky decor here. Friendly staff gave us fresh veggies from their garden. We were backed up to the river and watched the canoes, kayaks, and tubes go by. Short drive to Bentonville, Ark to visit WalMart museum. Big grassy sites. - Judy and Mel Elbers
May 2008 - $25.00
Nice campground with lots of sites on the beautiful Elk River. Owners were friendly and helpful. They offer canoe and kayak trips, tube rentals, and fishing is allowed. This park is close to Belle Vista, AR. Sites are gravel & dirt, so it got muddy when it rained on us. But we still really enjoyed our stay here. - Full-time RVer
